//Trigger warning//

Eren and Levi had been dating for a year now. One year. Did anyone know? No. Levi's closest friends didn't even know he was gay. Eren was sick of it. He was ready to re-create King Kong, and scale the empie state building with a megaphone, and scream out to the world that he was dating the famous Levi Rivaille. Always having to be kept a secret had him fed up. But Levi had have him promise not to tell anyone. Not even his best friend. Not even his sister. When Eren asked why it was so important that nobody knew, Levi had just ignored him and demanded he promised. So he did. He trusted Levi blindly. There didn't need to be any sense or meaning in chosen words, if they were coming out of Levi's mouth they were law to Eren. No matter how many times Eren's heart was broken, he'd always come crawling back to Levi. Levi was like a drug to him, an addiction, he was always craving more. And he hated it.

Levi was the lead singer of the legendary rock band, the Broken Wings. He had sold his soul to the music industry when he was young. Too young. And now, at the age of 23, he was already broken. He drank a lot, smoked about 10 cigarettes a day, and did drugs occasionally. He was out until late at night, at bars and clubs, and when he came home at 1 AM Eren was his toy, and he played with him until the break of dawn, and just like that, he was gone again. Eren didn't even know if they'd ever been on a date.

Levi was long gone down the dark spiral of depression. Nobody really knew. Levi masked his emotions with a perfect façade of blank emotions. People said he had no soul. That he had a heart of stone. Nobody had ever seen him smile. His voice was flat and dead. He was suicidal, and hated other people. He had gone on like this for so long he had right down forgotten how to even express emotions. The only ones ever to come to surface were misery, and anger.

Levi had been depressed since he was a kid. He carried heavy, dark secrets with him, weighing him down where ever he went. He had seen everything there was to see in such a short amount of time. In only 23 years, enough tragedy and crime had happened, enough to cover a whole lifetime. Levi felt worn out and ready to die already. He had seen blood. He had seen murder. He had seen a victim's blood on a silver dagger in his right hand. He had seen his own blood, dripping off a razor, dripping off his wrist, down onto the white tiles of his bathroom floor. The stains that never went away, always remaining him of what a horrible thing life is. He had been exposed to all of the darker features of life. Too fast. Too soon. And the only thing keeping him surfaced enough, that had given him enough motivation to keep fighting for this long, was the beautiful, shattered Eren. The only thing that had ever meant anything to him. And now he was loosing that too.

Eren had been the biggest Broken Wings fan. Like ever. It was one of those bands where you either thought it was shit, or that it was the shit, there was no in between. And he had been obsessed with Levi. His gorgeous, endlessly youthful face, his thin, perfectly shaped lips, and his glowing pale skin. His black hair was parted perfectly in the middle, and he looked unbelievably sexy having it damp with sweat, hanging untamed into his eyes, under the spotlight of the stage. But sadly, Eren wasn't the only one. There were millions of fans all over the world. Eren was just another face in the crowd. And never had he thought that he'd be dating the guy he'd been obsessed with for years.

His sister, Mikasa, had known how obsessed Eren was. Broken Wings were playing 24/7 and Eren knew the lyrics to every single song. She could come home at 4 in the morning, after a night working at the club, and when she passed Eren's room she'd hear the faint tunes of a Broken Angels song, mixed with her brothers soft snoring. It always managed to make her smile. They were low on money, having to live on their own, long abandoned by their 'dad', mother dead since years ago, but with both of their jobs and the drug money Mikasa was bringing in, they managed to stay alive. Eren didn't know, but Mikasa had been dealing drugs for a while now. It was sneaky and smart, yet dangerous. As was Mikasa. It brought in the majority of their savings, and poor Eren was fooled into thinking it was from Mikasa's jobs at the various clubs and bars. She knew that she could go to jail for what she was doing, but they desperately needed money, and this was the easiest solution. Their fathers' money could only last them so long. She also knew that Eren would find out sooner or later. In this case, she preferred later.
