"FROM one to five, how will you rate the service of the hotel?"
Maingay na nagbabasa ang isang guest namin ngayon dito sa front desk dahil nag check-out na siya at mayroon kaming survey, it's mandatory, but only for those who were in a presidential suite.
I just smiled all the time while waiting for him. He's still thinking about it, maybe he didn't like the service?
I saw that he smiled too.
"What if beyond five?" He laughed.
What a relief! I smiled more showing my teeth and laughed with him. I heard Ninya laughed too.
Just what the fudge right? How did I get a hickey? Did I sleep with anyone in the hotel? I shouldn't have drunk last night, but I was just really disappointed.
I'm hoping for it to heal soonest.
"I like your service, who wouldn't? This is a five-star hotel. I did not regret checking in here," dagdag pa ng guest.
I put my hands on my chest because of what he said. I'm overwhelmed. He smiled again so I slightly bowed my head.
"Mellisa, I mean— Ms. Lisa, sabay ba tayo mag lunch—"
"Hindi muna ako kakain, I have a lot of things to do," I gave her a cold stare and turned back.
I sighed. This is so frustrating! Natatandaan ko noon, may ganitong pangyayari din, she even recorded me with a video from what I did at that time when I got drunk but now she doesn't want to spill it!
I'm feeling tired already and my feet hurt, especially I'm wearing wedged.
I sighed when I finally sat on my chair. I looked at my phone and received a message from Mama, asking me if I'm okay.
Surely, I'm not, but of course, I have to lie so she doesn't need to worry about me. I deleted the number of Robert, but not our pictures, I don't know, I still can't forget him yet.
It takes time, time heals all wounds they say. I only trust the process now.
That's when I knew that Sir Keegan didn't bother me the whole day? Is there a problem? I mean— It's not that I want him to bother me, but I'm just confused because normally, he always demands me to do things that he wants for his suite and— for him.
Ugh. Never mind. At least work lessened because— wait, or maybe not?
"H-hello? This is housekeeping, how may I help you?"
No answer from the other line.
"Hello?"
Is this Sir Keegan?
"Hi, is there anything that I can help—"
