As I walk down the narrow path
Towards the wood,
The soft chirping of the birds,
And the sound of my my shoes
Battling against the dry leaves on
The ground sound melodious to me.I walk a bit further and,
The whole forest unveils,
Right before my eyes. The cold, yet sweet breeze,
Gently kissed my face and,
Quickly ran away before I
Could even properly feel it.For a few minutes, I just
Stood there enjoying the silence,
Disturbed only by the wind
Striking against the tall trees,
And their leaves dancing with delight.Once again, i carefully observe
The woods, before I turned back
And returned to the
Noisy human civilization,
Away from the serene silence.-2020.04.12
