Percy Jackson/ Hero's of Olympus One Shots

Percy, Portal, Promise Part one.

Annabeth's POV:

" Percy Jackson, put me down right now." I yell, fully aware of everyone staring at us. I mean, Percy always has people following him, but him carrying someone over his shoulder to the lake, that is unusual. Well, I mean it has happened before, but still.

" Never" he screams arriving at the lake. I know he will drop me in the lake, and I know he will end up coming down with me, so I go still, letting him. He grins, like he thinks I have accepted defeat, but I know he will make a huge splash. He lifts me up, and I fly in the air before hitting the water.

After I enter the water, Percy comes in and creates an air bubble.

" For what do I owe the pleasure, O Savior and Hero of Olympus?" I ask, joking around.

" Your not telling me of the Huntresses and Thalia's arrival. O Hero of Olympus and Designer of Olympus." He says back, making me giggle. If this were 7 years ago, I would never have giggled. Giggling is such a girly thing to do, but I did not act girly without Percy. 7 years ago, or now. The Aphrodite cabin ( except Piper and a few others) can do all the girly things they want, and nobody will comment, but I wear mascara, and everyone is like " What's happening to Annabeth?".

But anyways, I guess I should have told Percy about Thalia, but their duel this morning was epic. I was swordfighting with Percy, as we do every morning, when he got shocked with electricity. Knowing who it was, I run out onto the seats of the arena. Percy angrily called out " Jason, Thalia, I know its one of you. Come out, come out where ever you are." Laughing, Thalia had stepped up to Percy pulling her bow and arrows out. He laughed at her and suddenly had Riptide at her throat. Grining, Thalia had electrocuted Percy, starting a full on water/electricity battle. By the time Percy won, almost the whole camp was there. 

Percy got angry at me for not telling him, and now here I am. But it all worked out, because Percy forgives me instantly. I lean in, lightly kissing him on the lips. He laughs remembering when Clarisse dumped us in here. We had spent hours underwater, just enjoying each others company, when Chiron had finally got us out. But, Clarisse should have had a better plan, dumping the son of Posiden in a lake, so smart, right? Not.

Kissing me again, Percy says " Wise girl, what am I gonna do with you?".

Grinning at his completely dumb question, I answer " You could love me, Seaweed Brain."

" But I already love you," he responds, clearly deep in thought.

I kiss him on the nose before speaking again " You could stay with me, Percy." I say.

" I will, Wise girl." He says. He looks at me with those beautiful eyes, and I almost melt. His eyes show that he loves me and cares for me so much, but I wonder how I got here. How did I end up with such an amazing boyfriend. One that loves me so much and with hold up the sky to protect me ( literally ). Not everyone meets their soul mate in life, and I am so lucky to have met mine.

Kissing me again, Percy brings us to the dock, drying me off along the way. Thanking him, I spot Thalia on the beach and wave. She waves back, and heads over.

" Hey, Thals." I say, hugging Percy because I am cold. He notices me shivering and runs off to get a blanket. Smiling, Thalia turns to me.

" How has your day been, anything special happen?" She asks. I shake my head, but I am curious with her question. Should something have happened today? I mean, a lot of things don't add up. Leo, his cabin, the Hecate cabin and I have been randomly working on a portal between Camp Jupiter and here, the test is happening today. Jason is here, but that is just because he is visiting Piper. The Aphrodite cabin has kept their distance this week, so something must be happening there, and the Hunters came. Its weird.

Percy comes back and wraps me in a blanket. " Thanks." I tell him. He grins and says " No problem. Leo is waiting for you, by the way. " I kiss him goodbye and walk to where the portal in set up. Looking back, I see Percy and Thalia deep into a  discussion. Shrugging it off, I spot Leo and walk over to him. Lou Ellen, the counsler of the Hectate cabin and him are talking about the portal, and I can tell, that it is almost done.

" The spells have just been cast." Lou Ellen says as I walk up. Leo grins and nods to one of his cabin mates. They press the on button and the Portal springs to life. The swirling purple in the middle fades, and we see the barracks of Camp Jupiter. Renya stands there, smiling at us. We had already told her of the portal, and they had set up an entrance on thier side. Some Lares glare at us through the portal, unhappy about the new addition to their camp. Renya motions us through, but we first test it with a twig. Leo throws the twig through and we all hold our breath. Did it go through?
