Jeff the Killer's Point of View

Jeff stared, watching Jack finish his plate last, before returning to the table.

Why the Hell was he laughing, he wondered, turning off Ben's phone and slipping it back to his small friend. He looked at Jack before returning his attention to the front of the room.

His smirk returned to his face. It was just a show, which he knew. Liu, Sully, and Ben also knew this. He could live without Sully knowing about this information, though. Sully was an ass and didn't deserve to know that being extroverted is his own way of coping.

Slender had returned to the table, standing in front. Everyone's eyes (those who had eyes at least), looked at him.

He began to list off names, each person, demon, ghost, or other supernatural entity earning a piece of paper. Most had ten to fifteen names, each elegantly written in black ink.

Jeff waited for his name to be called out and managed to mess with Ben while waiting.

"Who the Hell is Jess," he asked, his pale fingers pointing out one of the names further down on the list. Ben shrugged, before studying the other names.

While Ben may enjoy messing around, he enjoyed killing even more. This always called him to be more closed off once getting the list.

Like a drug, Jeff said to himself.

Ben stood up to go join his partner for the week (it changed every week. This week, Ben was paired with Sally Williams, a younger child. But she could kill skillfully.) And, so, once more, the killer was left by himself.

Finally, Jeff heard his name.

"Jeffery Woods and Eyeless Jack."

Jeff grinned. Despite his hatred for being called Jeffery, this opened a door of jokes for Jeff.

"Sir, if you don't mind my input, aren't you the only eyeless one here? I mean, sure. We could argue Jacky is eyeless, but at least he had eyes at one point."

The entity stared at the dark-haired proxy but decided to not comment. Making comments caused riots. Riots caused disobedience. And how could Slender give out orders with the type of behavior?

A few people laughed at Jeff's comment, a few shot him a look of warning. Eyeless Jack fell in the second group.

Jeff noticed Laughing Jack let out a quick breath, that might've been laughter, before closing his mouth.

Jeff smirked at the reaction and sarcastically sashayed to get the list of names.

He reached out, happily taking it from Slender.

Silently, he studied the list.

"MAX? WHO THE FUCK IS MAX?!" He yelled, being his overdramatic self. A few people flinched at the yelling.

"Jeff, not everyone is interested in who we're killing," Jack whispered once his partner (for the week) sat down.

"Their name is Max. They're a nonbinary, 16-year-old kid, that lives in Texas."

Jack stared at Jeff, questioning Jeff and Jeff's logic. He was surprised Jeff had some kind of respect.

Once everyone had their partners for that week, Slender dismissed them.

A few things, such as complaints, could be heard. Other words were exchanged as well, for example, Jane and Nina betting on Brian and Tim and their chances of putting a 'word' in for Slender to always place them as partners. (The never switched partners.)

"Obviously, they've fucked before, " Jeff whispered, a bit too loudly.

"At least I'm not a vir-" Tim was unable to finish the insult, mainly due to Brian's hand covering his mouth.

"Tim. Sally. And Jeff, you should seriously not swear when she's around. It could...trigger her."

Jane frowned and handed Nina a ten-dollar bill. Ben winked at Jeff, comically. Jack sighed, frustrated.

Jeff attempted a frown. It wasn't easy when you carved a fucking smile into your face.

Serious Jack. Honestly, he should learn to have more fun.

That was Jack's problem. He never laughed, or listened, or did anything. Not that Jeff would complain about it. He understood a thing or two about keeping things to yourself and, with Jack, it suited him.

Jeff laughed, earning a few stares.

"What the Hell is funny?"

"Just the fact you think Sally is innocent," Jeff smirked and looked over to Jack, who looked done with Jeff.
"We all know she's not. I don't want to trigger her," Brain defended himself. It seemed odd, considering he didn't give two shits about the other's triggers.
But Brain was everyone's dad. The cool dad. Tim was the strict dad.
That's what Nina had wrong when she moved in. She thought Slender was the father. Bitch, no.
Slender was the fucking step mother.

Mm, yes, random side notes. Again, I hope any readers enjoyed it. - Logan 🏳️‍🌈
