Charleigh's POV.

"It's 6:10. She said she was gonna be here at 6:00." I said nervously to Adam and Ellie, who were with me on my front porch, waiting on Prysillah to arrive.

"Relax, Charleigh, she said she'd be here, she'll be here." Ellie said, trying to calm me down.

Just then, headlights came shinning bright up the street.

A few moments later a car apeard, and parked up in front of the Dandrige house.

Then, a face I'd become to familiar with, came into perfect view.

Prysillah Vincent.

"There she is!" Adam shouted, as he and Ellie went to greet the woman.

Adam opened the driver's door for her as she shut the car off.

"Oh thank you, Adam...Charleigh Brewster, I presume?" Prysillah asked.

I nodded.

"Hello Charleigh, Prysillah Vincent, Vampire Killer." Prysillah said, introducing herself.

"Ms. Vincent, I can't tell you how much I appreciate this." I said.

"Oh not all Charleigh, I'm glad I could be of service to you and your friends," she said, gestering to Ellie and Adam.

"Good evening." She said to Ellie and Adam.

They waved in response.

"Now!" Prysillah said. "Let's get down to business, where is the lair of the suspected creature of the night?"

"There." I said, pointing to the Dandrige house.

The mansion towered into the night sky, looking as if the darkness it contained inside were going to make it burst.

A thick, foggy gray mist swirled around the house, making it look as evil on the outside as the vampire on the inside.

Prysillah must have noticed to, In a nervous voice she said;

"Oh, yes. I see what you mean."

"There is a distinct possibility...Now Shall we go?" She asked.

"Wait! Where is your steaks and hammers?" I asked.

''Oh I left them in my bag." She said pointing to her car.

"Your not going in there without them?" I asked, confused.

"But I have to prove that she is a vampire before I kill her, Charleigh." Prysillah said, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.

"Look! I know she is a vampire!" I said, grabbing Prysillah's sleve.

"I am the one who has to know Charleigh." Prysillah said.

"Oh yeah? And how are you going to do that?" I asked.

By now we had done made it on to the front porch of the Dandrige house.

"This is holy water, Charleigh, if a drop touches her, she will blister." She said, holding up a small glass botel.

"In this case..." She continued, " I have asked her to drink it, while we all watch, and she readily agreed."

"Yes, Ms. Vincent, and if you prove I'm right and that she is a vampire, then shes going to kill us all right then and there." I said.

"No she will not Charleigh." Prysillah said, Shure of herself.

"After all I am here to protect you, I am Prysillah Vincent!" She said knocking on the door.
