(Barry Allen decides to try again. And as the lightning hits Barry, he feels his speedforce again and manages to save Batman from falling off the manor)
The Flash: I said I was fast.
(Meanwhile in the Air Forces Base, the alternate Hal Jordan, who never became a Green Lantern is greeted by the alternate Carol Danvers, who never became Captain Marvel)
General Carol: It's a pleasure to meet you, Hal Jordan.
Hal Jordan: Likewise, General Carol.
General Carol: Come with me.
(The duo goes to the hangar, where an alien spaceship is seen)
Hal Jordan: WOW!
General Carol: I got surprised too.
(Suddenly, Hal Jordan sees the alternate Abin Sur already deceased)
Hal Jordan: Who is this one?
General Carol: The pilot. He said something about "in the brightest day"... and then he passed away.
(As Hal Jordan enters in the spaceship)
General Carol: Look, Hal. I forgot to mention...
Hal Jordan: I know what you're going to say. This is just a go travel. And if I somehow get afraid and want to give up, no problem.
General Carol: That's right.
Hal Jordan: General. I felt like something was awaiting me. And now I know what it is. So, there's no possibility of being afraid.
(Back to the Batcave, Batman analyzed The Flash)
Batman: Unbelievable.
The Flash: If it wasn't for the speedforce, I would be looking for another doctor.
Batman: I stopped being a doctor a long time ago.
Wolverine: He operates a casino now.
Captain America: (gives Reverse Flash's uniform) Take it. You need a uniform, and I won't borrow you mine.
Batman: Me neither.
Wolverine: Me neither.
(The Flash vibrates, making the uniform red)
The Flash: I had to make some adjustments.
Spider-Hog: Now, go.
(The Flash goes out fast)
(Cut to Hal Jordan piloting the spaceship)
Hal Jordan: WOOHOO!!!
General Carol: Be careful, Jordan.
Hal Jordan: Don't spoil my moment. (notices that he's closer to the target) Very well, cutie. I see you. (speeds up, ready to attack) Now feel my power, sucker!
(Suddenly a monster emerges from the sea and eats the spaceship, exploding instead of the submarine)
(Inside the submarine)
Aquaman: Continue the preparations for invasion!
(Cut to The Flash running, he realizes that he's not running fast enough)
The Flash: Faster. Faster.
(He tries to run as fast as he can only to find out that he's actually not fast enough)
Spider-Hog: (comes in) It seems like you're not fast enough...
(Back to Wayne Manor)
Wolverine: This explains why things didn't change back...
Captain America: There are possibilities of this Thawne guy being around.
The Flash: And keeping me from travelling in time...
Spider-Hog: So... You have a Plan B?
The Flash: Yes. In my recent memories, something hit a city, destroying it in the process.
Batman: Metropolis... 30 years ago...
Captain America: Five years before Steve's death...
The Flash: Oh. About that... Steve was found by someone known as Nick Fury.
Wolverine: The leader of the non governmental organization named as SHIELD.
(The heroes found out that Steve Rogers is still alive. But only The Flash knows that what hit Metropolis wasn't a meteorite. Will they find these two subjects?)
