Hawks x Reader

(Enjoy the Hawks edit I made. Y'all about to marry Keigo Tamaki and i'm a tiny bit jealous. JUST A LIL BIT! In this one-shot, your marrying him (kind of) but your also reliving memories.)

Y/n POV

Today was planned out to be the best day of my life. I was going to marry Keigo Takami. My boyfriend of 8 years. My best friend of 10 years. Today is going to be the day where he would be my absolute everything forever. (yandere vibes anyone?) All we have to say is "I do" and we're together forever. 

I was getting ready for our wedding and the memories hit me, like a tidal wave. (Hurricane by I Prevail)

I remember in high school when he got me a promise ring. Everyone in our year thought it was so stupid and that we wouldn't last long. But boy did we prove them wrong.

We went to every party that we heard of. I didn't want to go but he said we needed to make memories. I'm pretty sure the only reason he asked me to go with him was because he wanted to get drunk and wanted me to be there until he got sober. I didn't mind though, I made some good friends and being by Keigo all the time was just, how do I explain it? It was just perfect. Completely perfect. He's perfect, to me at least. Everyone has flaws but his flaws just help make him more perfect than he already is.

There was this one time where he was drunk as hell and he told me the craziest thing. At first, I thought he was just being a stupid idiot but he was right. He was right, holy hell, was he right. He said that we would be together forever. He promised me that he would ask me to marry him. He told me that nothing could take his love for me away. He told me that I was his whole world and that I would always be the one for him no matter what anyone ever says. I was so shocked when he said that to me. I didn't believe him and I just thought he was being the stupid idiot I know him to be.

I smiled to myself as I remembered this one time he flew me up to a roof with him. We were up there star gazing.

I looked over to him and said, "I love you."

He responded with, "I love you more. Ya know what, fuck it, I'ma tell the whole world!"

"Oh yeah? Tell them, scream it at the top of your lungs. Tell the entire world," I laughed.

"Ok, I will!!!" He shouted. He then turned to look at me and whispered, "I love you."

I looked at him confused and said, "I thought you were gonna tell the whole world."

"I just did," he smirked.

I remember right after he said that he pulled me into a hug and kissed me. It was one of the best times with him. Just me and him under the stars. We stayed up there all night. I fell asleep in his arms. It was amazing. It was better than anything I could've ever imagined but not as amazing as the proposal.

The proposal was complete. It was perfect. It was flawless. It was downright fabulous.

It started with Keigo picking me up and flying me up to the highest building we could find. We watched the sunset. The sky was just amazing colors. Purple, pink, orange, yellow, and tints of blue danced across the sky. I don't understand why people don't appreciate sunsets. They're gorgeous. But anyways after that he took me to a secluded area where he had a picnic set up. It was a nice picnic but the thing that made it perfect was some candles that he had laid out in the form of a heart. We ate my f/f. When we finished, the stars and the moon were already out. We laid down and looked up all the stars. Every star was beautiful in their own unique way. I looked at Keigo and saw he was looking at me. I took in all his features as he took in mine. He got up, and put out his hand. I took it and he pulled me up. We were standing up. He bent down on one knee, pulled out a little case, opened it revealing a f/c diamond ring, and then he asked me, "Y/n you're the person I want by my side forever. I want to see your face everytime I wake up. I want you to be my one and only. I want you. No. I said that wrong, I need you. I need you in my life Y/n. Y/n M/n L/n, will you marry me?" I was shocked. I was hoping he would ask me out but this, this was perfect. "Yes! Yes, I will marry you. I need you in my life so yes," I stated. His face lit up. He looked so adorable. He processed the words I just said and gave me the biggest hug. He then slipped the beautiful f/c ring onto my finger and it was official. Keigo Tamaki was my fiance.

I snapped back into reality and it was time. It was time for the wedding.
