Hancock tossed his hat on the table, fishing the jet inhaler from his pocket, putting it to his lips and pressed the plunger down, inhaling sharply, the world slowing down. "I could have handled Finn ya know" He looked at Farenheit, "Yeah i know but its better if people know I can still get my hands dirty. Besides, it wasn't personal. No need to torture the guy." Farenheit snorted, "You always keep me from having fun." Hancock's leaned his head back on the back of the couch, his black eyes slipping closed. That woman from the front gate, he had to know more about her. He felt that itch to wander again, and knew just the person he wanted to travel with.

He smirked, sitting up as the high wore off, needing a drink, something stronger than the swill he had in his office. He grabbed his hat and stood up, setting it on his head. He headed down to the third rail, it was late, he wasn't sure what time it was. He moved down the stairs, already able to hear Magnolia's singing as the ghoul bouncer near the door greeted him. "Been awhile since you been in Mayor." He smiled to the ghoul and patted his shoulder, "Good to see you too Ham." He moved inside and down the stairs, his senses picking up the smells and he stopped as he saw the woman from the front gate sitting at the bar, her back to him and he felt his throat go dry.

He slowly walked up to the bar, the woman talking with one of the ghouls pretty heatedly. There was about five bottles of Nuka Cola and Nuka Cherry in front of her. Magnolia was singing one of her songs in the corner, Hancock sitting down near Angel, the bar tender, who she learned his name was White Chapel Charlie, hovered over to Hancock, "Mayor Hancock, good to see you again, been awhile since you been in here, what can I get ya?" Hancock smiled and sat down on a bar stool, "Anything strong that doesnt taste like it was aged in a shoe."

Angel knew the second he had stepped through the door, always having a strong sense of smell, even before the......experiments. Magnolia finished her set and stepped off the stage to take a break, sauntering up next to Angel, "Can I get some water please Charlie." "Anything for you love." Charlie got her the glass of water and Hancock's drink, setting Hancock's in front of him but as he went to pay the robot spoke, "Oh no I can't charge you sir." Hancock put the caps back in his pocket, "Can't say I didnt try." Magnolia took her glass of water and moved away, but not before her fingers slid up Angel's arm gently, smirking.

Angel watched her move away, before she felt the prickle of eyes on her and turned back around, Hancock looking away quickly, Angel smirking just slightly, not letting on that she had caught him. She finished her last bottle of Nuka Cherry and paid her tab before standing and stretching, her joints popping some. As she moved off the bar stool she whispered in Hancock's ear, lips right against the lobe and whisepered "Its Angel."  She headed towards the stairs as Magnolia started up her next set. She moved up the stairs and out of sight and Hancock let out a breath he didnt know he had been holding, feeling the front of the pants he wore become tight again, thankful for the frock coat he wore, it able to hide the buldge he knew was there.

He sipped on the liquor in the glass, scotch, Charlie was spoiling him tonight. He downed the glass, feeling the burn and ordered another round. There was something about that woman that was different, exotic. She was alurring as all hell and could handle herself, that much was seen. He had no idea who she was and it peaked his curiosity. 'Angel huh.' His ruined lips broke into a smirk and a glint shone in his coal black eyes as an idea formed.

Angel moved out into the street, pulling the collar up on her jacket and quickly zipped it up, it had gotten colder, it must had been near November. She headed over to the Hotel Rexford, knowing they would probably be staying the night as Nick was still in the memory den with Amari. Amari, now there was someone who she.....tolerated. About a year after Nick had found Angel, who still wouldn't talk about what happened to her, he convinced her to go see Amari. Course Angel wouldnt go, so Amari came to them in Diamond City.

Angel was VERY untrusting of doctors, and rightfully so, after what she had been through. She had been captured as a very young girl by the Institute and had been subject to a various number of experiments. Radiation exsposure, being dunked in vat after vat of green liquid, which she later found out was a modified strain of something they called FEV. She had been strapped down time and time again, things shoved into veins, she still had no idea what it was, but one of the last times it happened, her body.....began to change. Bones cracked and shifted as she screamed out in agony, one brave doctor moving forward to quickly unstrap her as she rolled off the gurney and screamed as a pair of fully formed......wings erupted from her back, claws replaced fingernails. She clawed the floor, leaving deep gouges in the tile as her eyes were closed tightly in pain.

A doctor quickly moved forward and injected something into her and she relaxed, out cold. The doctor stood, smirking. "Well gentlemen, we did it, we finally did it. She is the first of many. Pick her up, gently gentleman, we don't want to damage her." One picked her up slowly and put her back on the gurney and strapped her back down, careful of the wings and.....what were those, scales? on her body as the doctors and scientists shook each others hands and congragulated one another.
