I woke up earlier that morning with a kick in my step Caleb was already gone so I quickly washed up the best I could we had a bucket of water and a sponge with a bottle of soap in the far corner so we weren't totally dirty, I ran a comb through my ratty hair trying to calm it down before exiting the shack I had to look the least suspicious as possible which didn't really help in my case. I exited the streets covering my tracks from others and joined in with the busy sidewalk traffic keeping my pace up and glancing around every so often my eye caught a shiny object I followed the object to see what it belonged to. My eyes roamed the body the object belonged to it was a man very tall I assume around 6,3 at least he was very muscular which was a risk but it must be taken and from the back as well you could see his dark brown hair he looked very attractive from the back and was probably even more from the front. Next I scanned his accessories like before he was wearing a sleek suit that had a very high chance that it was tailored to his fitting, on his wrist was an expensive watch with silver rings along his fingers. I decided that since he was on the phone and seemed like he was in a very heated conversation I walked faster with my head down and out stretched my hand I counted the seconds in my head until I was right behind him I would bump into him and snatch the object I still couldn't make out what it was. Within a minute I was right behind him and lifted my foot in front of myself to make it seem like I had tripped over my own two feet. My foot tripped over and I roughly bumped into him it was a bit more complicated due to him hardly moving but he did falter just enough for him to drop his phone only because I expected him to catch me but no sadly he didn't even try to I mean after all the mental planning I did you at least think you could give me a soft fall. I wiped my knees off pretending to get rid of the dirt but a deep voice interrupted my thought process " Could you at least try and watch where you're going, not everyone has time for your clumsiness". To say I was shocked was the least of my thoughts I was more focused on his outreached hand and my next move, I grabbed his hand as he pulled me up but my next plan would have to make me look weak so I could falter and balance myself on him but I really just reach down and grab the object out of his pocket. My plan went through perfectly. He balances me and didn't even realize that I had slipped the object which was small deep into my pouch. " Are you seriously that clumsy you-" he was cut off by the ringtone of his phone and just waved me off. I did a little happy dance in my head that it worked but now I had to wrap it up. I had 20 minutes to get home. I walked around the corner of a coffee shop and pulled the object out only to realize it was a silver hard drive. It was a bit heavy in my palm. I was a bit disappointed. I expected more from a wealthy looking man but maybe the information on it would be worth something. My train of thought was cut off by a string of curses coming from around the other side I peaked around the wall to see the man I stole from frantically searching for something, right as I was about turn back around his eye caught mine and I knew he figured out that I had taken something from him because he was at me like a light. I turned around quickly sprinting down the ally way trying to remember another opening in my frantic state wasn't easy I mean sure I was caught a few times but this time it was a very attractive, rich man who looked a little scary at the moment chasing me down the allies after something I stole from him what more could possibly go better. I found the opening but had to get him off my track first so I didn't bust everyone else I lead him in a circle but as he was rounding it again I slipped into the dark opening and watched him stop and search for me after he figured out I had lead him off my trail and I must give it to him he picks up rather quickly he pulled out his phone and violently was tapping away at his screen before he held the phone up the his ear that was continued with arguing and shouting into the phone but I didn't want to risk being caught so I slipped back into the shadows and onto my way home.
