The breeze of last summer air spraying all over his face as if it's telling him go on and get over it. he's been there for thirty minutes, sixty seconds or maybe an hour.

And the aching truth, He couldn't / shouldn't have done anything to ease her pain . Not because he hated her all along , But for a seven years old boy, All he can able to do was to cry.
He remembered the time wherein at the Hospital, The rushes in the operating room and the cries and sobs of those relative of the patients knowing to themselves that it was the last time they will see each other . He always placing himself in their position. then, several ' what If's' started to filled his youthful mind.
At the young ages, He was introduced to the crucial reality of life and death for being in that situation; and the unbearable sadness after anything could go wrong . Before, He didn't know the meaning of being alone; But after that operation, It cloaked him like a second skin.
It was really scary to face the truth that death was coming after her. and for him, waiting for unknown was the most painful thing he had ever done.
Though times stood still as it takes forever, His waiting was over as it was the end of everything for him. That was he wouldn't expect or even want. The doctor finally verdicts that she didn't make it to the operation. All his hopes and prayers failed him. She was dead. His world stopped on the exact moment he saw the woman whom he couldn't recognize anymore because of her bald head and major weight- loss.
The woman who gave him life and cared for him as far as he could remember youth.
The woman was his mother.
Her name Chigusa Yamano was imprinted on the placating stone. Though It's been ten years, the memories were still the same like it was just yesterday. It contained on that place permanently and on that particular day of her depart, He promised himself never be vulnerable again, never show any weaknesses,
His soul.And even that place, that horrible place where he feared for something unseen yet inevitable, DEATH .
The hospital was the last place that he would want to be into. He cursed not to be in that place again no matter what happens.
