Audrey's POV
As we pulled into Brooklyn's driveway, Dad informs me when he'll be picking me up.
"Okay have a good time and I'll be back by 8 to pick you up 'cause we have errands to do tomorrow."
"Ok, Dad. Love you." I said before he pulled out the driveway and drove away.
After Brooklyn's Mom answered the door and invited me in.
"Hello, Audrey." She greeted me.
"Hello, Mrs.Williams." I greeted back.
"Come on in the girls are in the living room."
*********
Doing each other's nails, watching movies, singing, and dancing, the girls and I were having a ball while Mrs. Williams and Sonya were in the kitchen fixing dinner.
"Okay, girl you're done," Jayla said finishing drying my nails.
"Girl you did your thing on my nails." I complimented her.
"You know my skills are on point."
"Y'all won't believe what happened in Mrs.Philis's class."
"Girl, what happened?" Jayla curiously asked Brooklyn.
"While we were goin' over PowerPoint assignments, I look to my left to see Elaine gettin' all flirty with one of the football players."
"That girl just can't get enough," Jayla comments while reading a magazine.
"One day she's with one guy. The next day she's with another. Elaine needs to stop playin' with fire, or she'll get burned."
"Agreed." Jayla and I accorded with Brooklyn.
"Guess whose cousin is opening-up a club here in Chanhassen?" Brooklyn digressed.
"Girl, no way. That's cool." I said in amazement.
"When she planning on opening up?" Jayla asked.
"She's planning on opening sometime over the summer. Oh and here the design of it." Brooklyn replied.
