Rossie Rivera

As I left home for my dream of becoming an Architect ,I had to move to a completely new apartment. I hate so much being in the City side and living in an apartment,but sometimes you have to sacrifice something good for your dreams . So I  left my family,left my dog and left my boyfriend and all of those terrific stories of me behind ,and came to the hall.  I was about to knock on the door of Room 107 , suddenly I hear shouting .

" So why did you come here ? Huh ? Just to show your stupid face ? Get the hell out of here now ."

And then after some silence I saw Drake coming out .

" Hey ,Rossie !"

" Hi ! What are you doing here ? "

" I don't even know . What are you doing here ? "

" Well I'm gonna live here from now ,just came in . "

" So Rossie is your roommate then ?"

" What ?"

" I see ! It's Rossie Rivera , the one who is gonna be your roommate ."

" Ohhh ..... Okay ...See you then ?"

" Yeah ,see ya !"

Then I entered the apartment for the first time ever hearing a scream  of my roomie ....

" Hi ...."

" Hi . Who are you ?"

" I'm Rossie . Rossie Perskin ."

" Uh . I remember .... Come in . "

So she let me into her bedroom .....

" So , The last name is Perskin ,huh ? "

" Yeah . "

" Don't you think ,things are gonna get messy about the same name for us ?"

" I  haven't  figured out that till now ."

" Well ,don't worry ! People call me Rivera . They just don't like the name Rossie ....."

" Why ? "

" Because of the history of me and Drake. He used to call me Rossie  all the time ,and that's how I changed my name from  Rosa Rivera to Rossie Rivera ."

"Oh my ! So you legit changed your name for a guy ?"

" Ummm. Let's just say he is not just some random guy . We have went out for 4 years and then we kinda broke up ...still in touch ,but I gotta say , the ship has sailed . We are just friends now ."

" I see ! Drake told me that...."

" How the hell you know Drake ?"

" Well ,that's a history . In short ,he saved me from a bullet. I mean he didn't take it for me ,I was shot by the police and he found me out before them and took me to the hospital ... "

" Oh .... Great story  ! Drake actually did that ? "

" Yeah ,why I would be lying to you ,about the man who saved my life ?"

" I know ,it's just he always seemed like a coward to me....anyways ..... "

" So ,I'm gonna call you Rosa then ? "

" Okay . And you are Rossie ,right ? "

" Yeah ."

" Well ,it's a bit awkward to me , since Drake used to call me that ,I'm gonna call you Persi .Okay ? "

" Not a fan of that . Let's just give it a trial ."

" Rusty ! I like that ."

" I'm gonna go unpack my stuffs . "

" Okay ,go on . "

So when I called for the apartment ,I completely forgot that my roommate was  Rivera . I mean Drake told me clearly about that ,still I forgot it .
It feels kinda strange all I wanted to have a fresh start ,but now . I have to hear a lot about Drake from Rivera . It sucks in a different way .

So I unpacked some major things which I can't go tomorrow without ,and then went for a shower .

When I was relaxing , suddenly I heard some loud voices of men .
And it was not Drake's.  So I sneaked out to hear the conversation ,and all I heard was Rivera getting some of the boozes youngsters are really fond of. 

But wasn't she with Drake  just  a moment ago ,I mean  this whole girl theory doesn't work on me . Should I interfere? It's the first day , I can't berge into her bedroom just like that . But she said they are just friends ,I mean ,wow .

I unpacked my things and saw a bottle of shampoo which is lavender flavored, beside it there's a note from Dad saying ,"Here's a little thing from me for your fresh start ,be mild and gentle towards people like the lavender ."

Tomorrow is a big day ,so I'm just gonna get some sleep after a bath.  Can't deny I'm that person who just sleeps around thinking, tomorrow will be great ..... Is it weird ? I don't think so ....
