Elijah's pov

"what the hell just happened to her" I yelled but regretted straight away when I saw ruby flinch and back even more in to marcel. "she have anxiety how can you not know that she been having panic attacks for years" one of marcel vampires burst out. Anxiety how could we now know that this was going on with your own niece" how long has this been happening to her" I asked with growing concern "ruby had her first one alone in her room when she was 7 in was so bad I walked in to her room 2 days later to find her sat in the corner rocking back and forth" said kol from nowhere. how did we not know I must tell Klaus we will fix her.

"what can we do to fix her" I ask kol when I hear a small voice say "you think Im broken well maybe your right after all how could I be any lees compared to the perfect and beautiful hope that all I am to you isnt it the boring ugly and above all broken to you people Im sorry wait how can she think of herself that way she only 11 Im sorry we made you feel that way but we are going to do everything we can to make you feel better and part of the family you have my word I hope she knows I mean it. After all that happens we decide to leave and let ruby enjoy her day but promise we will do something together tomorrow as a family

Rubys pov

Once they left the party started again and It was forgotten we had cake and presents kol and Davina got me a lot of art stuff and stuff for my spells marcel got me a bike so I could ride around the city and see more witch is awesome cant wait to see more. after the party I feel asleep leaning against josh while he was read me a book called brother Grimm it was really good. When I woke up I noticed I was in a room I didnt know but the Davina came in and told me we were still at marcels and in my new room that marcel had made so I could live with them and Ive never been happier.

good morning everyone I called out as I walked down the stairs to see and the vampire with daylight rings sat at the table all but one where is josh what I didnt know at the time was that he didnt yet have a daylight rings you can probly guess I was not ok with this so I called him and asked where he was and got everything I would need for a ring and met him in the dark of course and did the spell so he could spend the day with me and we did just that until I got a call saying Elijah and Rebecca were at marcels to pick me up for the day of family bonding chuck help me.

As soon as I walked through the door they were talking to me and all I wanted was a glass of water and some food because I forget to do that before going to see josh.

so ruby what do you want to do today asked Rebeca can we just go for a walk around the quarter please I thought being polit would be my safest bet because although they never lay a hand on me didnt mean that they would if I said the wrong thing. of course that sounds like a great idea and off we went even if I know marcel and kol have sent men to watch me and make sure I was ok.
