Chapter Two: Bad Dreams and Lisanna

Everything went wrong......

It has been two hours since Natsu fell asleep, I watched as he squirmed and moaned in his sleep, occasionally he would mutter Igneel or Happy but besides that it was completely silent in the room. After another five minutes it started to heat up in the small apartment, I looked towards Natsu and it seemed that his fever was on the rise

His bangs were plastered to his forehead and sweat dotted his brow, I walked into the kitchen I went over to the cabinet and grabbed a large bowl and filled it with luke warm water, then I headed to the bathroom and grabbed a small washcloth, when I walked back into the room Natsu was starting to become restless in his sleep as he twisted and turned, I walk over to him and placed the bowl of water on the floor besides the bed

I soaked the small rag in the water and placed it on his forehead, Natsu sighed in relief as a small smile grazed his lips, I watched him for a little while taking in his features, his soft bangs cupped his face, his cheeks were flushed, his lips were slightly parted, and his breath was laboured
'He's kinda cute' I scolded myself 'He doesn't like you Lucy... Not like that at least' I glanced at him as he moaned and his face contorted in pain, I close my eyes I couldn't stand looking at him when he's like this

"Luce"

I snapped my eyes open staring at him in disbelief 'Did he just say my name?'

"Lisanna" Natsu moaned

I looked at him and shook my head "No, you can't love me, you have Lisanna"

"No Lisanna, you can't take her..." Natsu started to move even more now

'Take who?' I pondered as I walked into the kitchen, I could still hear what he was saying

"Lisanna don't" Natsu moaned again "LUCY NOOO" Natsu's eyes flew open he sat straight and was panting, "Lucy!" Natsu screamed, I ran into the room, Natsu's head was turned away from me

As I approached him I took in every aspect of him, his fists were balled, his shoulders were shaking, and quiet sniffling could be heard

"Natsu" I gently touched his shoulder, his head snapped around looking at me, he grabbed my hand and pulled me close to him, he gently snaked his arms around me and pulled me in for a hug

"I thought you were gone" he mumbled

"Natsu, why would I ever leave?" I asked quietly

"No" Natsu shook his head "You didn't leave, you died" tears started to collect in his eyes

"What do you mean?"

"Lisanna" tears started to roll down his face "She killed you, she was so cruel"

At that moment someone knocked on the door, I looked him in the eye "Try to calm down ok? I'll be right back"

Natsu nodded his head and started to wipe his eyes, I smiled and walked to the door

When I opened it, I'd didn't expect see the person standing there

They smiled sweetly "Hi Lucy"

"Lisanna, Hi"
