It's been work as usual, everyone here has been busy doing their own thing. There have been several changes going on to place us temps in charge of different areas in the lab since we were now fully trained in our area of work. With these changes, I had to train a couple of the temps in another task that I took over for an employee that no longer worked for us, so we would all take turns helping out with this tedious task. It was gonna take me at least a month to train three of the temps along with the help of another co-worker to make sure they could do the task on their own. The supervisor would soon let me know who I was going to train in the next couple of days so they could set up a training schedule. I already had a feeling who some of the guys I had to train were gonna be, I just hope they don't give me a hard time cause they could be loud and immature at times. In the mean time while I was done with my work, one of the team leaders of the lab asked if I could help out since they had a lot of work to get done. I had no other choice but to help so, John the SST leader told me to help Chris out. I've never really spoken to him since we both work on different teams in the lab but I hope he's not annoying like some of the guys who've come and gone in here. I went up to him and asked if he needed help he simply replied, "yeah". So I took samples that he hadn't gotten to yet and took those back to my desk, after I finished I would take them back to him and place them in a bin he had on his desk. We made small talk but no full conversation ever evolved from the time I helped him out. After we were done he said a quick, "Thanks" and went on his way to put the work we did away. There wasn't a lot to say about him since we really didn't talk but he seemed nice, as long as he didn't get on my bad side I think we wouldn't have a problem here at work.

Several days have passed here at work and the schedule for training has been discussed among our supervisor and us temps, and my first trainee happened to be Chris. Prior to that time, we've been talking here and there and I've gotten to know him a little. He's pretty laid back and funny, that and I noticed that he flirts a little with some of the ladies here at work all the time and with a girl that has been working here for some weeks. I've caught them starring at each other from across their work stations quite a lot....typical guy. It's a big turn-off for me when I see a guy flirt with every girl he sees, I don't know him personally but that just really bothers me for some reason when I see any guy do that. I wouldn't want to be with a guy like that, I'm the type of girl who will not tolerate behavior like that from any guy who I would become interested in. I would like to think that's why I've been single. I'm easily turned off but, hard to turn on.
