1-31 of July, 2020

1-9 of July

They have a crazy week. Their lawyer sends over the contract and they both read it multiple times before Louis finally signs it and keeps a copy for himself. Simon has already signed it. They can't believe it. It said in the contract that Louis couldn't tell anyone about them parting until July 10. He's not gonna get sued for breaching his contract so he keeps quiet even if Harry knows. The husband doesn't count.

Jeffrey calls with an idea to make another music video and suggests Golden. Harry is immediately onboard and they talk for a while about the cinema of the video. Harry wants to do a retro 60/70's video and Jeffrey agrees. Harry starts to grow a mustache instantly. He wants it to look authentic. Louis just shakes his head in amusement. Harry and his ideas.

10 of July

Harry wakes up with Louis's arms around him and light kisses between his shoulder blades.
"Happy anniversary baby. Today is exactly ten years since we first met." Louis says softly.

Harry turns around with a happy smile.
"You remembered."

"Well, you peed on me. Kind of hard to forget." Louis smirks.

Harry laughs with blushed cheeks.
"Thanks for reminding me."

"Best meet cue in history if you ask me. You were absolutely adorable." Louis smiles.

"And absolutely mortified." Harry chuckles.

"Well, I for one would let you pee on me every day if that means I can keep you." Louis replies, and then he realizes what he just said and makes a grimace. "Eeew, I didn't mean it like that."

Harry cackles loudly and covers his mouth with his hand to muffle the sound.
"Are you admitting a pee kink after ten years? How romantic." He grins.

"Fuck no! I might be into some kinky shit but not that." Louis huffs.

"I like your kinky shit." Harry says with a delighted smile and takes the initiative for sex.

An hour later they hop in the shower together and Louis washes Harry's hair for him and Harry returns the favor. 

They eat pancakes for breakfast that Harry makes.
"So I had planned to take you to the Manchester Central today where we first met when we auditioned but they're using it as a Corona hospital now." Louis informs.

"Aaaw Lou, it was a great thought." Harry smiles.

"Yeah... so do you wanna hire a restaurant just the two of us to celebrate outside these four walls?" Louis asks.

"That sounds awesome!" Harry immediately agrees.

Louis calls their favorite restaurant after breakfast and they are happy to oblige.  

They take a cab into London later that evening. Their waiter wears a face mask and the place is empty except for them. They order a ten meal course and have a wonderful evening in each other's company, drinking wine and talking about the good old days.

When it's time for dessert they give each other anniversary presents.
"I love you more and more each day. Everything about you is amazing Haz. I fell for you back then and I fell hard. It hasn't been easy but I would do it all over again if it meant that I can have you. You complete me, Harry. These ten years have been incredible but I'm looking forward to the next part of our lives. This is our year. We're finally free. I'm gonna tell the whole damn world that I love you and then we can finally have everything we dreamed about. We can start a family Love. Sixty years from now we can look back on a lifetime together with no regrets. I love you." Louis says emotionally.

Harry has listened to the whole speech with teary eyes.
"Wow, Boobear. I'm speechless. I feel the same way about you. I hope you know that? I'm in this for the long run. I knew that when I was sixteen and fell in love with you and I will feel the same sixty years from now. I'm nothing without you by my side. I love you so, so much."

11 of July

Louis is trying to compose a tweet to let everyone know that he's free from Syco.
"How about this Haz?" He asks and reads out loud what he just wrote.

Hope everyone is doing ok! Just wanted to let you know that Syco Music and I have agreed to part ways. I'm really excited for the future and to be back in the studio writing the next album. Can't wait to finally see you all on tour!!

"Perfect!" Harry smiles so Louis presses send.

They're spending the rest of the day following everyone's reaction. The fans are celebrating.

12-14 of July

Louis feels inspired and spends whole days writing songs. Harry keeps to himself so he won't disturb him but makes sure he eats and drinks water. He knows how consumed Louis can get and he loves that about him.

15 of July

Eleanor calls and requests a meeting. They take the dogs with them and goes for a walk outside.
"Syco has called me several times to remind me of our contract. I have to post videos daily to make it look like we're together during the quarantine." She says and sighs.

"Can't they just accept that they're done? I hate this fucking charade." Louis says upset.

"Yeah, sorry Louis." Eleanor replies and stops walking to film some cute pigs.

"Are you okay?" Harry asks Louis softly.

"No." Louis sighs. He's so tired of this. 

16-22 of July

"Pack a bag. We're going to France!" Harry says excitedly early in the morning.

"What are you talking about?" Louis grunts.

"I have to go to France and Italy to look at suggested locations for my new music video and I'm taking you with me." Harry grins.

"Yeah?" Louis says sounding happier than he did yesterday. The meeting with Eleanor really killed his mood.

"Yes, and I have another surprise for you. I called Lottie yesterday. She's coming with us. I know how much you miss your family Lou. I miss them too." Harry says softly.

"That's great but is it safe?" Louis hesitates.

"She's healthy. If we can hang out with Eleanor we sure as hell can spend time with your sister. She always manages to cheer you up. Come on, pack a bag, she'll be here in an hour." Harry replies.

Louis gets up from the bed and walks up to his husband to hug him.
"Thanks, Love. This is just what I needed."

They take a private plane to France and then Italy and spend an amazing time together. Harry finds the right locations for his music video and they attend a dinner party with friends. 

Louis meets with an old friend and his daughter takes a picture of them and apparently posts it online. The fans think he's in London and he lets them. He's glad that they seem to like his long hair at least.

23 of July

The ten-year anniversary of One Direction has finally arrived. They stay at their hotel the whole day. They talk to the boys, make sure to tweet how grateful they are and how much they love each other and their fans. It's a really emotional day. The fans are celebrating and they wish they could have done more but as long as they are tied to Syco this will be it. Lottie forces them to watch Larry Stylinson videos on Youtube and they both hide behind a pillow, watching themselves so obviously in love. It's embarrassing but wonderful at the same time.

24-31 of July

They return from Italy on the 25th and head back home to quarantine themself in case they caught the virus. They're healthy and filled with new energy.
