After breakfast I follow Ron upstairs. He slams his door pacing.

"You slept with my brother!" He whispers.

"Ron I'm not going to lie to you I'm not even going to try."

"Really then what was that down there?"

"I'm not going to lie to you but I'm certainly not going to tell your parents I smushed with your brother!"

"Did you do it with Fred in the room?" He looked disgusted.

"No Ron! Gross! George and I were going to talk since well when he came to apologize after the prank war he kissed me. He asked Fred to stay in Bills room. Ron I never meant for this to happen. I was yelling at him and then all of a sudden he kissed me! I was going to talk to him and then he kissed me again! I've already told him no more of that until we get to know each other and obviously if you're ok with it. I never meant for it to happen this way I promise," I put my hand on his shoulder and he shrugs me off.

"You promise no more of 'that' until you're a couple and I never have to hear about it anymore? And also you have to promise me this summer isn't going to be just you and George. I was excited to hang out with you."

"Of course Ron! I promise no more intense snogging and I will be spending so much time with you you'll send me off to George!"

"Alright. Then I guess this is ok with me. Well it will be. I'm still coming to terms."

"Ok... can I have a hug?"

"Do I have to?"

"Of course you do, you love me Ronald," I pull him in for a giant hug and he starts laughing trying to push me off.

"Alright I'm going to get changed. Ron thank you for understanding. I'm so sorry about how all of this happened."

"It's ok I understand. We should go to Diagon Alley today. I really need some sweets."

"Of course you do, but I'd love to."

"We can invite the twins and Ginny if you'd like?"

"If you're down I'm down Ronald. I like Ginny, she makes me feel like a girl instead of your smarter and better guy friend."

"Rude."

I laugh and walk out of the room to get changed. Once I reach Ginny's room I grab a pair of high waisted shorts and a floral button up. I button it half way and then tie the rest to make it look feminine. I throw on my old tennis shoes and head out to find Ron.

"Ronald, do I look too much like a Dad in the 80's?" But instead of being met by Ron, you're met but George who is looking you up and down smirking.

"Hey! My eyes are up here mister!"

"Yes ma'am. And if it's any consolation I think you look hot," My face burns and I look down.

"Ewwwwww," I see Fred behind him.

"I second that," Ron says.

George and I laugh heading over to them. Suddenly Ginny bounds in.

"What have I missed?"

We all glance at each other and start laughing. Ginny getting more and more confused.
We travel by floo powder to get to Diagon Alley. We arrive one my one until we're all there.
"I'm headed to Sugarplum's!" Ron announces.

"The smell from all the sugar in there makes me sick, do you mind if I head to Flourish and Blott's?"

"No that's fine! I'll meet you over there."

I nod and head there. I love going into the book shop. I'm like Hermione in that way. I go in exploring the new reads section.

"So what's your favorite color?"

"Bloody hell! George you startled me!"

"I was behind you the whole time."

"Yes well you walked silently." I go back to looking at books.

"You didn't answer my question."

"What question?"

"What's your favorite color?"

"Why do you need to know my favorite color?"

"I'm getting to know you as you said."

"Yellow."

"That's a gross color... aren't you going to ask mine?"

"Not if you insult all of my answers."

"Ok ok fine."

I sigh. "What is your favorite color George?"

"Purple. What's your favorite book?"

"All of them."

"Why are you so frustrated with me right now?"

"I'm not frustrated George, I like books and I like to shop for books and you sir are interrupting my book shopping!"

"Fine fine," He starts reading the spines of the books.

"What are you doing?"

"Shh you're interrupting my book shopping."

I huff getting more and more frustrated. I grab 3 books I read about in the prophet and head to the counter.

"Ah Emily! How are you dear?"

"I'm doing fine Mrs. Berlin how are you?"

I've decided this is the shop owners name.

"Well the shop is slow during the summer. What are you doing here? I usually don't see you until August!"

"I'm staying with the Weasleys this summer. We decided to make a trip today."

"Does that mean you're finally with that nice young man Ronald?" George snorts and I elbow him in the rib.

"No we're just friends. I have a small interest in someone else but he's lacking up here so I don't think it's going to happen." I tap my head. Mrs. Berlin just chuckles.

"Well have a nice summer dear, I'll see you soon hopefully."

"Thank you! I'm sure we'll make another trip soon I'll be sure to come in!"

"That was rude. Saying I'm stupid," I just laugh.

"Well you were upsetting me," He reaches down and grabs my free hand.

"So what happened to your parents?"

"Wow so we're really going for it huh?"

"I'm sorry you don't need to answer that."

"No it's alright. My parents died when I was young they were battling death eaters and well they didn't win."

"That's horrible I'm sorry."

"Thanks. I try not to think about it. It makes me sad but it doesn't affect me too much since I never got to know them. I grew up with my grandmother and she was always loving."

"How about some lighter questions?"

"I'd like that George."

The whole time the five of us walked around George asked question after question. Ron was ready to kill him. By the time we got back to the Burrow. Ron and I announced we were taking a break from George's non stop questions and we were going to sit outside for a while. It was nice being alone with Ron. We never got to sit and talk with Harry and Hermione around. Harry while I loved them both was too self centered and Hermione was too focused on homework. Ron and I were more like dumb and dumber.
