COLLIDING TWO CLICHES

Hello! Last week, I tackled about twisting your ideas. This time is colliding two cliches to create an interesting story!

We all know na sa genreng ito, ang daminggg cliche. Yes, with a three "g" dahil sobrang dami talaga. Most of them are well-loved by many and some are you know, hindi naman sa hindi minahal, kumbaga natabunan na.

Bakit sumikat 'yong mga istoryang iyon e cliche naman 'yong mga pangyayari?

Bakit? Sino ba may sabi na hindi na magb-boom ang isang cliche na istorya? Even if most of the scenes and events are cliches, but the author put something new about it or just DELIVER THE STORY WELL, mamahalin 'yon ng masa. May ibang readers kasi na hindi new ideas ang hanap, kundi panibagong pakiramdam. Some readers enjoy discovering new story ideas but others, gusto 'yong napupukaw ang iba't ibang emotion nila.

Kung sa tingin mo ay puro cliche ang naiisip mo then why not combine them? Napapansin ko sa ibang mga kuwento ay ganoon ang ginagawa nila. They combine cliches to evoke new emotions and experience sa mga readers. And I think it's a great trick!

But what if you'll combine them together? What if, after the alpha rejects his mate, rogues attacked the pack and in the middle of ruining the pack, the rogue saw the rejected mate. What if mahulog si rogue kay rejected mate? What if may maramdaman silang spark sa isa't isa? Aww, kinikilig ako XD Hindi ba ang cool no'n? Nang dahil lang sa dalawang cliche na iyan ay nakagawa ka ng panibagong idea.

Kapag nabasa iyan ng mga readers, they will think, "Is that even possible? Paano naman kaya gagawin 'yon ng author?" at ang tanong ay madadagdagan ng isa pang tanong hanggang sa 'di nila namamalayan ay binubuksan na pala nila ang iyong gawa.

So ano pang hinihintay mo? Simulan mo nang mag-eksperimento ng mga cliche events to make a whole—not a whole but new ideas!
