Chapter 5: After School

Stuart's POV:

Finally! School's done. I was thinking to hang around with Paula and her buddy Robby, is that his name? Oh well. I remember Paula saying something about a near by café so that's probably where they'll meet up, good thing I know where it is, Paula and I go there sometimes, It's called The Big Donut. Tap-Tap,  I flinched a bit from the sudden taps on my shoulder, I looked back and see Del behind me. Dark skinned boy with a yellow cap and his usual shirt, red collar white tee and wearing a light-blue pants. "Hey Del!" I greeted him. "Hey man! Good to see ya, how're ya doin'?" He asked, "Oh I'm doing good, I wanted to join Paula when she meets up with her childhood friend Robin. Even though I'm not invited, I can surprise them." I shrugged, "Maaaan you jealous?" Del said, when he said that I felt my chest getting heavy, but I ignored it. "What?! No! I, I just wanted to meet him too, maybe I could befriend him." I replied, I was unsure though. "Well If you're not invited, please, let them be, might be best! Besides, we've been waiting for you at the back of the school, wanna join?" Del said, he does have a point, I've been clinging up to Paula for awhile now, she must've think it's annoying... No, keep it together Stuart! That's not true, Paula does not think you are annoying! You are joining that meet up. "N-nah, I'll choose to meet up with Paula and Randy, though if they tell me I need to leave then I'll join with you guys!" I said, "Alright then Stupot. I'll tell the others." Del said before leaving.  I looked around for a bit, but I couldn't see Paula anywhere, I started to feel worried, I never leave school without seeing Paula ever since we dated.

After searching for half an hour, I finally saw her talking to someone, that someone must be Ramiel! They were talking under a tree from the corner of our school's field. I walked over and greeted them.

Paula's POV:

I was just talking to Roger, but all the sudden I heard a trip, It was Stuart. That pretty, blue-haired tall boy, Stuart. God why is he so clumsy, I helped him up and I asked if he was ok. "S-sorry Paula, I just wanted to say h-hi but I didn't see that rock over there." he pointed at the rock. I shook my head and helped him walk, I knew that fall would make his head hurt, that tree incident really made his head so fragile. "A-and I also wanted to join you and R-Ranger?" He added. I giggled for a bit and corrected him "Stewie.. I've said this to you many times, his name is Roger!" He looked embarrassed, Roger spoked "Is this your boyfriend?" with a strong accent and I looked at him with a mixed of embarrassment and a bit of shock. "U-um well, yeah!" I tried to sound proud "Yeah she is my girlfriend." Stuart added, I was thankful. Roger looked at both of us but mostly Stuart, he lifted his hand and gave Stewie a handshake. "Nice to meet you Stewie! Though Paula had never talked to me about you at all." He said, I looked at Stuart.

Stuart's POV:

I shook his hand and decided to stay, although Paula told me to have their alone time, they're gonna continue talking in the café. I let them have it but I felt lonely afterwards, I remembered Del for a moment so I went behind school and see them at one of the benches, Noodle saw me and waved at me followed by the other 2, I waved back and walked towards them. "Ey Toochie!" Noodle greeted me "So, how're  Paula and her friend goin'?" Russel asked, I answered "I got to meet her friend, his name is Roger, I didnt get to talk to them longer though, Paula said they need some time alone." Del replied "I told you so, anyway, how about we go to the mall and play some arcade? we haven't played there for awhile. Besides, I got some cash by helping an old lady find her purse." Russel and Noodle agreed to that and looked at me, "Well, I guess I dont have plans for today, there's homework but I dont care-" Del patted my back and started talking about how are we going win tons of tickets. Russel, Noodle and I planned on how to ask our parents for some money to play.
