When our Eyes Met.

The moon was shining brightly, the cherry trees were shading their leaves. Yui could feel the leaves touching her feet. For some reasons this place was unexpectedly attracting her for a while. She couldn't help but to come here today. Every one said that the tree Was cursed. It'd often attract some people near it. And then the person would get killed. Yui couldn't help but giggle at this. What should she be afraid of..? She herself was an immortal. And death? She could care less. Wouldn't it be better to have died rather than living like that? Could she ever imagine to be helped by someone? Well, sure it wasn't up-to her liking. She was a first blood she knew. She knew that her mother the queen of draculas had been the daughter of the First blood king Gissabech. It was ridiculous to think that how her mother had cried for her father's attention. She was laughing. She knew that she was just a bait to her mother. Well, what was she thinking? Those had just been nightmares to her. She remembered bring helped by King Karlheinz. He was unexpectedly kind to her. She was asked her if she wanted to live. Of course she wouldn't open up her heart but did not disagree either. The king told that she could be given another chance but she would have to help him. She agreed. He gave her to the priest Seiji and told him to take care of her. She was 3 then. He said that he would tell her about his plan after she was on that age to know. She was turned into a human.

"What are you doing in Oresama's place?! You really have guts to come here with out Oresama's permission!"

Yui looked at the direction from where that sound came from. She saw a face close to her cheeks. She flinched. She encounterd a boy about the same age as her. The boy had red hair and green eyes. The boy was standing having his arms around his waist.

"Oi! Are you deaf or somethin'?! "

" Y-your place? But I have never seen you before! "

" How would ya? Oresama came here yesterday! "

" How's this your place then? I have been coming in this place before you came. "

" Don't argue! You should be honored that the great me is taking with you! By the way.. What's such a baby like you doing in here?! "

Yui felt that her cheeks were burning up. How dare he to call her a baby! Wasn't he a baby too?!

" Aren't you a baby too then? "

" Oresama isn't a baby! Well, what's your name?"

" Why should I tell you? "

" Cause Ayato-sama is askin"

" I'm Komori Yui"

" I'm Sakamaki Ayato "

" I'm not in-"

Yui gasped. What did he say? Sakamaki? She seemed to have heard that name somewhere... Umm where did she hear? Karlheinz Sakamaki! She rememberd. Could it be...

" Pay attention while oresama's talking!"

Yui felt a poke in her cheeks. Ayato was poking her cheeks. She snapped his hands

" What are you doing! "

" Your cheeks were soft so the great me felt like poking"

" Umm.. I guess I should return... Father must be worried... "

" You didn't tell me about your residence snake. "

" What would you call me..? "

" S-N-A-K-E! Well you were cold as snake from the start. "

Yui couldn't control but to blush heavily. She pushed Ayato and started running towards the church where she lived. She thought if it was okay to leave him behind. She heard Ayato giggling and calling her a baby. She changed her mind and ran away.

She came to her room and shut the door. She wrapped the blanket around herself and soon fell asleep..

She woke up around 6:00a.m. the next day. She heard her father calling her...She didn't respond. She didn't feel like talking. She came out of her room. Dressed her self and went to the school. She had no friends in school. No body would talk to her anyway. The school was usual. She opened her text book waited for the teacher to arrive.

She saw the teacher coming in.

"Students! We have a new student here. Please be friends with him"

Yui didn't care. Anyway even someone were to came. They wouldn't want to be close to her.

" Hey there you pesky kids! It's the great Ayato Sama! You should be honored to see the great me being in the same class as you. "

Wait.. What! Yui was bewildered. What the hell! She saw Ayato staring at her with a grin.

Why was her life like this!
