Hey, my name is Hinata Shoyo. I'm currently on the train right now to Tokyo. Why, you may ask? Well because I got invited to karasuno Academy on a baseball scholarship. Karasuno is a prestigious school, mainly known for their high quality baseball facilities. Even though of their facilities and quality players, they haven't made it to nationals in six years. Sucks right? Yeah, well I'm only going to karasuno for one reason, their catcher Nishinoya Yuu. He's a second year catcher and is in almost every baseball based news paper. It's incredible how he's only one year older than me and is extremely well known. "Stop 5, Tokyo." Oh hey! That's my stop, I'd better get off.

Now, let's see..I have to meet Takeda San by the dorms, I'm not sure where they are though. This way? Ah, found them. "Hello there Hinata kun." "Hey takeda San!" "Okay, so tryouts start tomorrow and your dorm is 3E." I nod and wave him a goodbye. Now, let's see..dorm 3E..Ah ha! Wait, two upperclassmen? Oh no, they are probably going to be really scary. Its okay Shoyo, just open the door and greet them nicely. The door opened on its own? Huh.

"It didn't open on its on." Oh wait, I said that out loud. "Yes you did." "Agh, sorry." God, I need to keep my thoughts in my brain. "Its okay, I'm ennoshita by the way. Second year, right fielder on the first string." He moved to the side so I could walk in. "Woah, the first string, you must he good." "I guess, Narita, stop sleeping." I look up to see someone emerge from under the covers. "Oh, hey first year. I'm narita, second year on the first string and I play second base." He dropped back under the covers. "Cool!" I exclaim. Sharing a room with two players on the first string must improve my chance of getting there, right? "What position do you play?" Right, me. "I'm a pitcher, my name is hinata shoyo." I bow. "A pitcher, cool, we are looking for a new ace since ours graduates this summer." Ennoshita sits down on the bottom bunk to where narita is sleeping. "Who's your ace?" I tilt my head. "Sugawara Koshi, he's got a strong pitch." "Awesome!"

Lineup..Lineup! Ah ha, I'm on time! I walk over and stand in a line with the other first years. "Everyone's here? Okay good. I'm coach Ukai, you've all been chosen to be our next batch of first years but that doesn't mean we can't replace you. Depending on your level, you'll be sorted into second and third string, possibly first if you can keep up. You are also able to move up a string if we feel like you're good enough. I'll start introducing our first string players."

"Starting with our captain and third basemen, Daichi sawamura." Daichi san bowed. Woah, all the first strings look really strong..I can't see nishinoya San though. "We have our ace, Sugawara Koshi." Sugawara san looks the least intimidating, is he really that strong?
"Narita kazuhito, Second basemen. Tanaka Ryunosuke, First basemen, Asahi azumane and ennoshita chikara left and right fielders. Kenji daisuke, infielder and itsuki ezume, center fielder." Wait, so who's their catcher?

"Coach! What about me?" Someone jumped out from behind Tanaka senpai. "Oh right, our catcher, how could I forget. Nishinoya Yuu." Ah there he is, he looks different with his hair down, but I mean he can't have his hair up wearing gear can he? "Right, time for you to run, go now!" Ugh running, I hate running, even though I have good stamina..
