Brotherly complex (Chanhun) Completed

A confession

Chanyeol looked at them curious eyes looking at him, "I-" he mumbled,

"I've always liked you Baekhyun I'm sure you're already aware of that" Chanyeol said, Baekhyun looked at him, "You use to like me... " he mumbled, "I still like y-" "No! You don't!" Baekhyun immediately cut him off,

Chanyeol looked at Baekhyun in disbelief, "I just confessed to you and you just tell me I don't? I never thought you were so mindless Baekhyun..." Chanyeol groaned, "Cause you don't Chan! I know that,"
Baekhyun said standing up, "Okay... Let's just all go and have dinner shall we?" Kai said breaking them off,

"I'm not hungry" Baekhyun said then ran off, "Hey... " Chanyeol said running after them, "Should we follow them?" Lay asked, "Let them just talk....those two can be silly sometimes" Kai said, Lay nodded his head.

Sehun quietly watched Chanyeol run after Baekhyun, he was a feeling somehow sad after the confession,"What if they date?" he asked himself, then shook his head, "It's fine if they date right? We're just brothers nothing else" He said to himself,

 

Chanyeol ran behind Baekhyun until he caught up with him, "What's with you are you mad?" Chanyeol asked, "Gosh no!" Baekhyun mumbled, "I just brought you here so that we could talk" he said, "What is it?" Chanyeol asked,

"It's... About Sehun Chan," Baekhyun said, "What about him?" Chanyeol asked, "You can't deny the fact that you've grown feelings for him" Baekhyun said, "I don't like him in that way" Chanyeol said, "I'm your best friend Channie I've known you for a long time and knew about your feelings for me, and I've seen the way you look at him Channie, I'm not going to forget the time you were glaring when Johnny kissed Sehun, you don't like me anymore Channie and I... I like Lay" Baekhyun said blushing at the last statement,

Chanyeol looked at Baekhyun, he would be raging with jealousy right now that Baekhyun liked someone else, he has had a crush on Baekhyun for so long and Baekhyun had never dated anyone, the two of them always sticked together like glue,

Baekhyun sighed loudly smiling a little, "I have to admit Channie, I did fall in love with you..but... You know I just thought we were better off friends, like the best of friends, Channie" Baekhyun said,

"But Sehun and I are brothers now we can't have anything between us" Chanyeol said, "well you're not blood related" Baekhyun said, "let's try to figure it out together okay?" Baekhyun said cupping the other's cheek, "Okay..." Chanyeol mumbled, they gave each other a warm hug,

"And hey do you also want me to help you with Lay?" Chanyeol asked teasingly, Baekhyun punched Chanyeol on the arm, "Don't tell anyone okay?" he said, "I won't and if I can I'll help" Chanyeol said, "Well thanks" Baekhyun said, "Now let's go back and have dinner"

Everyone looked at them curiously,"Relax we talked it out right Channie?" Baekhyun said taking a seat, "So are two dating now?" Lay asked, "Like I said we don't have feelings of more than a friend for each other" Baekhyun said, "Yup he's right, he's completely available" Chanyeol said grinning mischievously, "Ow!" Chanyeol groaned when Baekhyun kicked him from under the table,
"Idiot" Baekhyun mumbled,

That night Sehun and Baekhyun lied next to each other, "Hey Sehun... " Baekhyun mumbled,"Hmm? " Sehun muttered, "Do you like Chanyeol as a guy?" he asked directly, Sehun turned to Baekhyun blushing, "Why would you ask that?" he asked,

"Just curious....come on tell  me... We're friends aren't we?" Baekhyun said nudging Sehun with his elbow,

"I don't think I have feelings for Chanyeol yet, well yeah things could get weird sometimes when we're sharing a room and we're both gay and I can't deny that he's attractive like super attractive but I don't want anything as more then friends or so to say brothers, I don't want to ruin mom's  happiness, she's been through a lot and now she's finally able to live a more easier and happier life I don't want to take that away for her...so that's  why I want to keep a borderline between me and Chanyeol" Sehun  said, there was a short pause after that

"Does your mom know you're gay?" Baekhyun asked, "Not yet... But I do have to tell her when the time is right" Sehun answered, "Chanyeol's father and your step father also has no idea that he's gay too and he's a homophobic...so that's why it's hard for Chanyeol to be openly gay in front of his father, I've known Channie for years and his relationship with his dad isn't that great specially after the death of Chanyeol's mother" Baekhyun said,

"May I ask how she died?" Sehun asked,"She died of cancer" Baekhyun said, "Oh... " was all Sehun was able to mumble,

"Chanyeol was very close with his mom and you know his dad started to ignore his own wife when she began to weaken when she began to lose weight and lose hair"  Baekhyun said, "she was really in love with Mr Park and it broke her heart when her own husband started to ignore her after she lost her looks, part of her death is also slightly because of her depression, she could have lived longer but her  depression weakened her even more and she could not support herself...Chanyeol was terrible after her death and you know it changed him a lot and me and Kai was the only one who could be there for him, he was afraid to lose the people he loves... So he was always so possessive for me and I returned the affection he gave me I did fall for him but that was only on short notice I wanted to be there for him as a friend a brother and help him in any way possible" Baekhyun said.

Sehun was in deep thought, he could not believe what he heard about his own step father, this whole marriage thing could not be as great as he thought it would, this Mr Park did not seem like the right person for his mom anymore and Chanyeol? Right now he just wished he could hug the giant yoda and tell him everything would be alright.
