Brotherly complex (Chanhun) Completed

Hurt

That night the family finally got to have dinner together, not that anyone wanted to though,

The four sat down to an awkward dinner, until Sehun decided to speak up, "Mom I... met with a friend from China and he invited me to visit China for a week can I?" he asked, looking up hopefully at his mother, "Oh is it Luhannie?" Mrs Park asked, "No....Tao" Sehun said, Chanyeol immediately looked at  Sehun, who refused to look at him,

"Sure you can" Mr Park said and his mom just nodded her head, Chanyeol listened to the whole conversation in utter silence,

Mrs Park looked at him, "how about you chanyeol? Won't you want to visit China too?" she asked, Sehun bit his lip at the question, "I'd  love to but I've got an important day coming up" he said, "What day?" Mr Park asked, Chanyeol looked at his own dad in disbelief, "My mom's  dead anniversary" Chanyeol said looking down, trying hard to ignore the glare his father was shooting at him,

"Oh... I see" Mrs Park mumbled, then silence filled the dining room, Sehun looked at Chanyeol quietly he could already see the hurt in the other's  eyes,

"Chanyeol can we talk in private after dinner?" his dad asked him, "Okay... " Chanyeol mumbled and went back to eating his dinner,

After dinner was over, Chanyeol followed his dad into his office room,
"Didn't I tell you not to bring her up anymore?" His dad asked crossing his arms, "Who?" Chanyeol asked bravely darting a look at his dad, "My previous mom" Mr Park said and that hit Chanyeol pretty bad, "Previous? " he mumbled, "Yes she's gone now and you've got a new mom now so it's high time you forgot about that woman cause she's no longer alive"

Chanyeol's blood began to boil at what  his father said, a wave of courage filled inside him and he decided to talk back to his dad, "Oh really? I wonder how long this mom will tag along!  Not long I guess? If she starts to lose her beauty you're gonna seek for someone younger won't you and just kick them out?" he blurted out,

He received a slap on his face right after he said that, "Chanyeol I never taught you to be disrespectful like this!" his father said raising his voice

Chanyeol had always been obedient to his father and it was the first time he had talked back to his father and also the first time his father raised a hand at him.

"You never cared about me anyways" he mumbled looking right back at those angry eyes of his dad, he walked out of the office room. His cheek was red but he did not care.

He walked back to his room frustrated, to see Sehun packing totally not making his mood better,
Sehun noticed Chanyeol's swollen cheek, "Are you oka-" but he was interrupted by Chanyeol "You said it was just a friend, why didn't you tell me it was your ex?" he asked,

Sehun looked at little surprised, "I-I we're not dating anymore" he said, "He's still your ex" Chanyeol said, "it's not your business you need not need to know everything" Sehun said, Chanyeol scoffed, picking up his pajamas, "Yeah right" he said walking away, Sehun grabbed his arm, "Where are you going?" he asked,

"I'm sleeping in the guest room" he said, "Have a safe trip" he said sarcastically, before walking out not even sparing a glance at Sehun, "Chanyeol.... " Sehun mumbled.

Sehun sighed resting his head on the seat with his eyes closed, he heard a movement, it was probably Tao,"I'm hoping you're looking forward to this trip" he said, Sehun just hummed in response.

The main reason why he wanted to stay in China for a while was because he thought he needed to cool off his mind a little away from his family,

"How did you know I was on Seoul?" he asked Tao, "Luhan... " Tao said, "Yeah right" he mumbled,

They soon reached Beijing China, and Sehun felt more at home then how he actually felt back in Korea, Luhan was at the airport to greet them, giving Sehun a big hug, "I'm so glad you could make it" Luhan said as the three drove to his apartment on a cab,
, "where is Vivi?" he asked, "Oh... I left him with one of the maids" Sehun said, "I missed that little cloud" Luhan said,

Sehun decided to stay at Luhan's apartment while Tao went back to the hotel he had booked, Luhan had a full apartment all to himself,Sehun use to live right next door but now that apartment was being occupied by two young college girls,

"Okay I'll call you tomorrow, goodnight" he heard Luhan say as he walked out of the shower, to his room, "Whom were you talking to?" Sehun asked, sitting on the bed, and drying his hair, "Xiumin.... " Luhan answered not looking at him, Sehun looked up at him, "You guys talk? Face time?" he asked surprised, "Yup.... Isn't he cute but stay away he's mine!" Luhan said,

Sehun rolled his eyes, "Aren't you the king of flirting?" he said, "I'm  not actually flirting with xiumin, I'm being serious" Luhan said, "So you're dating for real?" Sehun asked, "I hope I'd be able to date him soon" Luhan said, "Did you not ask him out?" Sehun asked, "No we just keep in contact" Luhan answered, "Oh... Long distance relationships must be tough" he said,

"Same goes with you....I actually never thought you'd come here with tao to be honest...he'll be leaving for Australia again soon" Luhan said, Sehun sighed, "Well we're just friends now and besides I do needed some time away from that family" Sehun said, Luhan looked at him, "Everything alright?" he asked, Sehun sighed, "Not really... I don't know, too many things going in my head,

Sehun said, Luhan immediately sat next to Sehun with his hands wrapped around the other's shoulders, "Come on now tell me about it from a to z" he said.

(just realized one thing 😅 in all my chanhun stories Chanyeol is always that one rich guy, like in every story of mine😶 I'm sorry for the cliché, but let's just say that's  my style 🙂)
