After Natalia was informed what had happened last year with her sister, Natalia had confronted Bella about what happened last year with the Cullen's, not including they were vampires, and why she didn't tell her very own sister. Although Natalia wasn't mad, she wanted to let her sister have a little taste of medicine of being left in the dark, but luckily that didn't work out as Natalia decided to accidentally blurt out vampires and she found out she knows.
Back to present day...
Natalia hears her 5:30 A.M. alarm on September 13th. She stays laying there before realizing that it was Bella's birthday and she jumps up from her bed and dresses herself.
She grabs a white shirt and pulls a gray sweatshirt over the grabs some black leggings and puts them on and grabs her black Nikes. She brushes her red and blonde hair then she puts her hair in a braid and Bobby pinning her bangs.
Her braid runs down her shoulder and she smiles then checks the time again and sees it's almost six so she grabbed the gift she got Bella, a wolf howling at the moon on a necklace.

Bella might not get it now, but she will once Natalia decides to reveal her secret to Bella. She walks towards Bella's room before slowly and quietly opening the door then entering the room, surprised to not see Edward watching her sister sleep like usual, she had caught him one night. She stands in front of her sisters bed, about to wake her up when Bella jumps awake, startling Natalia.
Bella goes to sit up but it reveals Romeo and Juliet on her chest. She had fallen asleep while reading. Natalia tilts her head and smiles at her sister, "Happy birthday Bells," She cautiously says, handing her the gift. Bella had tried to refuse it but Natalia shakes her head, "Take it, Bella. Just take this one thing just once," She slightly begs before Bella grabs it, mumbling a 'thank you.'
Natalia smiles before Charlie enters the scene, carrying two gifts. One Natalia could guess is from Renee and the other is a camera from Charlie.
"Happy birthday Bells," He says and Bell groans once again, Natalia's gift still wrapped on her hand.
"Dad, Natalia, I though we agreed no gifts this year," She complains, though the gratefulness, and a little shyness, is in her eyes.
Charlie shrugs his shoulders as he looks at his gift to Bella, "At least mine isn't wrapped," He looks pointedly at Natalia and Natalia looks around, innocently, and Charlie gives Bella the digital camera.
Bella picks it up, staring at it in awe as she checks it out and she smiles to herself, despite it being a birthday gift, "Okay this is kind of great, thanks dad," She thanks as she admires it.
Charlie holds up a wrapped gift -probably from Renee- and he explains, "This goes with this one from your mom. We coordinated- well, she coordinated with me," He mumbled then hands it to Bella.
Bella takes it and places it on her lap, unwrapping it to reveal a scrapbook that goes with the camera.
Charlie chuckles a little, "To put your pictures in, record your Senior year- man Senior year. How'd you both grow so old?" He gently pushes Natalia with his shoulder and Natalia lets out a chuckle.
Bella looked a little annoyed with that comment, "Not that old," She comments, moving the scrapbook beside her as she places herself with her feet on the floor, "Besides, isn't Nat older than me, dad?" She wonders aloud and Natalia shakes her head.
"Shut it or else I'll tell everyone it's your birthday," She harmlessly threatens as Charlie pretends to be squinting at Bella's face.
Before Bella could come with a comeback, Charlie interferes, "I don't know, is that a wrinkle?" Bella looks worried and she hurries to get off the bed and goes to the mirror, looking all over her face. Charlie then realized that she thought that he was being serious, "I was kidding, Bells," He lets out and Bella looks back at him before replying:
"So not funny, dad,"
"It so was funny," Natalia whispers as she stares at her unopened present, sitting on Bella's bed as Bella exits her room.
Natalia moves toward it before picking it up and placing it on Bella's desk. She knows clearly what she got Bella. She remembers the small note she placed in the box too.
"You'll know in due time, Bella. Happy birthday. Love, Natalia," Natalia recites before leaving the room with the unopened gift sitting on the desk, under the turned on lamp light shining on the silver wrapped gift.
That hurts...

When Bella was done getting ready, she was acting really weird that Natalia had to stop the madness, "Okay. That's it," She crosses her arms and stands in front of Bella.
Bella gives a confused look, "What?" She asks, oblivious that Natalia had caught onto her.
She rolls her eyes, "What's wrong, Isabella," Bella's wyes widen. When Natalia pulls the full name, she knew she's in trouble, "Is it about Edward? I'll beat his ass if he hurt you," She smirks slightly and Bella shakes her head, quickly.
Bella sighs then looks around before talking, "I'm eighteen, Nat," She comments and Natalia nods, not seeing her point.
"Yeah... I mean it is your birthday..." She slowly says and Bella sighs once again and face palming herself.
"No. It's that Edward is forever stuck as a seventeen year old while I'm eighteen. I'm physically older than him. What if he doesn't change me and I grow old then I have to leave him through death? I don't want that I want-" She looks around, making sure no one was around, "-to be a vampire with him..." She whispers and Natalia finally understand.
"So to summarize, you're scared he'll never turn you and you'll eventually die and leave him all alone?"
Bella nods her head like it's the most obvious thing in the world, "Yes,"
Natalia now sighs as she pulls her motorcycle's helmet out, "Bells, he can't live without you. There's no way he'll leave you as a human. And if he does, he'll have a good reason. Maybe he finds a cure! Although I doubt it," Well, it's kinda hard to doubt when a Goddess had come to her and gifted her with the ability to turn into a wolf whenever but go rabid in the woods on full moons, "The point is, he'll never leave you unless he has a motive. Don't stress on it, kay Bells?" She looks at her sister then receives a nod, "Then I'll beat you to school, loser," She smirks then puts her helmet on.
She walks over to her motorcycle, which is black and sliver, then it starts with a roar, "Oh yeah baby," She mumbles before roaring it again before she backs up and leaves towards Fork's High School.

Ouch! Bella didn't open her gift right away as she did Renee's! That's gotta hurt Natalia!
