I've been in dalton alot since I met Blaine and the warblers. They pretty much treat me as one of there own. So when i was walking along the hallways on my first day of starting dalton no one really took much notice of me. I wasn't in uniform so they couldn't even tell i had transferred. The dorm rooms are really big so there there were 9 boys per dorm and i had been lucky enough to be put with all the warblers.

Classes had just started so i had plenty of time to get myself settled in and id probably surprise the boys at lunch. I found my drawers and wardrobe and i placed all my clothes away. I then took all my toiletries and medication and put them in my cabinet in the bathroom. By then it was 11 o'clock so i just messaged Blaine telling him id be round at lunch and read to pass the time.

TIME SKIP

As i entered the dining hall i got a few hellos here and there from people who recognised me as i made my way to the warbler table.

"Hey guys!" i say as i sit down having picked up a sandwich.

"KURT!!" pretty much everyone at the table exclaimed

"yeah i missed you guys too but there is no need to deafen me" I said hugging jeff seeing as though he decided to tackle me at first sight. " I see you have a new roommate. sorry for snooping but i checked your room before here."

"oh yeah we haven't met him yet and probably wont until late because hell be getting used to life at dalton" wes explained not so discreetly placing his gavel into his blazer pocket

"aaah and I see dear wesley you still have your gavel on you. Did you guys just have warbler rehearsal or does he carry it everywhere" I joke trying to annoy him.

"we could use some of your sass round here" Thad pipes in sitting down at the table "Have you thought about taking the scholarship yet?"

ah yes another think i forgot to leave out. I'm here on a full scholarship because the warblers could do amazing things with a countertenor.

"still thinking about it Thad. If I'm perfectly honest the odds are looking good" i say smirking, boy they were in for a surprise.

"I have to go" I say getting up from the table " but ill be back tonight for movie night okay."

"omg kurt we can wa-"

"and no blaine we aren't watching harry potter again" i interject

"ughh fine"

i walk out of the dining hall alot happier than i have been in a while.

TIME SKIP

"Kurt you're early"

"keen eye sebastian keen eye" i reply " yeah glee got cancelled so I could leave early."

"well that's okay cause we can start earlier" david says happy because its his turn to choose the movie

"okay one sec" I say leaving into the bathroom

"oh and blaine can you please go to the new kids wardrobe and open it for me"

"isn't that like an invasion of privacy"

"its okay just wait one sec"

...

"kurt what am i doing"

" I don't suppose you can help me" i say as he opens the wardrobe "I'm ACTUALLY new here!"

i say as i watch all their expressions change from one of confusion to one of shock and happiness. Being involved in the biggest group hug afterwards is when i decided. My Dalton family was for life.
