Peter and Bucky had never really gotten along. They were almost like an old married couple that had stayed together for the kids and then the grandkids and then just because it was easier that way. The competed against each other at any time they possibly could.
Clint being friends with both of them decided she wanted to do something to make them get along. He had thought of different schemes, each less likely to work than the last. That is, until now.
He had come up with the perfect idea. Next time they argue about who is the best, she will tell them she has an idea. He will then bet them to not argue, and the first person to break looses. They would totally go along with it just to beat the other, and they would realize each other aren't so bad.
The archer thought about all the different ways this could go wrong. He only found one. They would be annoying each other to win. That defeats the whole purpose. What if they had to fake date instead? He realized that they would be trying to make the other loose by being loving, and therefore get used to being loving around each other.
Maybe It would evolve to the point where neither would break and they would just keep it going until they got along and decided it was stupid! This was perfect. Now he just had to make it happen.

Sorry it's so short! I needed to set it up and just get the first chapter done. I'll have another chapter out soon.
