As you walked through the empty halls of your school you hum the song of your favorite song (F/S). You had been having a great day! First you had got to class earlier so you had time to do what you wanted which was (F/A). Your teacher was absent, so you guys left class earlier. And you also roasted Vince in front of everyone! So far everything was going great. And if this day couldn't get any better, Optimus came to pick you up! He usually is busy, so you were expecting Ratchet to pick you up. When you walked up to Optimus's alt mode, he opened the door for you. He noticed your very cheerful figure and couldn't help but smile.

Optimus: Hello Y/n. I see you had a great day at school today.

Y/n: *Giggle* Yep I did! It has to be the best day of school I have this year!

Optimus: I'm glad it was a good day for you. What happened that made you so happy?

Y/n: Well my teacher was absent today, so we got out of class earlier! And I roasted Vince in front of everyone. He left so embarrassed! It was hilarious!

Optimus: You seem to be very proud of it.

Once you left town Optimus turned the radio on. It switched through stations. One station had your (F/S) on.

Y/n: Oh, oh go back to that other station! Optimus switched to the previous station which had your favorite song on. You started to sing and wiggle on Optimus's seat. The cabin started to heat up, but you ignored it. It was winter so you didn't mind. What you didn't know was that it was Optimus blushing mad. Optimus took a longer route to base to hear your voice more. He loved the sound of your voice. Once the song ended Optimus spoke.

Optimus: You have a very beautiful voice.

Y/n: O-Oh thank you Optimus. A blush of bright red crept on your cheeks. Truth be told you liked Optimus, despite he was a huge robot.

Optimus and you had finally entered the base, he allowed you out of his cab and transformed once you exited. He walked over to the computers next to Ratchet. You walked to the human area where the others were at. Miko smiled and ran towards you. She tackled you into a big hug.

Miko: That was awesome Y/n!

Y/n: What was awesome?

Jack: don't pretend, you roasted Vince in front of everyone. You made Vince so embarrassed he left!

Raf: Yeah that was awesome!

Y/n: O-Oh yeah heh it was wasn't it? You say feeling proud.

Miko: Are you kidding that was greatest moment of my life!

Arcee: What happened? Arcee had come over once she heard all the commotion.

Miko: Y/n just roasted Vince!

Arcee: Roasted? She set him in flames? Optimus too was confused by what you had said earlier but didn't say anything.

Miko: No, it means to criticizes someone harshly. Its just a way we get rid of bullies or make fun of our friends in a playful way like when I said who crawled up your tail pipe towards Ratchet, I was implying he was very grumpy.

Arcee: Oh, I see.

Ratchet grumbled under his breath when Miko said that. He knew the others complained he was too grumpy, but never you. You always liked the old bot. When you heard him grumble you went over to him and leaned over the railing.

Y/n: Hey sorry if were offending you Ratchet. You said with a happy upbeat voice and smile at Ratchet. Ratchet looked over to you and smiled.

Ratchet: You don't need to apologize Y/n. It's Miko who should. He glares a little towards the human girl currently talking to Bulk. You chuckled a little which caused both the medic and Optimus to smile. No Ratchet didn't like you in a romantic way, but he say you like a daughter. Optimus on the other hand did see you in a romantic way.

Optimus placed his servo beside you. You climbed on. He raised his hand until it reached his shoulder. You walked off and got into a comfortable position. You sigh and smile as you snuggle between his neck cables. Optimus smiled as he watched you drift into a slumber. He mentally promised to himself that he would protect you from any danger in the world. He wanted to keep you safe for as long as he lived, human or not, he loved you.
