its 6:36 am you wake up to nurses screaming and mr. and mrs. partridge crying and waking you up you look at louis' heart monitor and see that its flatlining "LOUIS NO PLEASE DON'T GO!YOU PROMISED LOU YOU PROMISED ME!" you yell running to louis and all your memories with him just plays in your head, you see a sticky note on his desk "listen to my voice memos - L" it says,you grab the sticky note and before you could hug louis you and mr. and mrs. partridge get escorted out of the room.

after an hour,you and mrs. partridge are looking through the window watching louis' last moments and you hug eachother crying while mr.partridge is sitting in the waiting area trying to hide his tears,you tell mrs. partridge how much you loved and cared for louis "i know you did sweetie,we did" she says which makes you calm down "mrs. partridge may i have louis' phone please i need it" you say "sure sweetie" she says.

now, you're still wiping your tears while driving and the memories of you and louis are still playing in your head, you're a little bit dizzy but you get home safely and tell the sad news to your parents. they cry hugging you "don't worry he'll be watching over us honey" your mom says "he will mom,he will" you whisper.

it's 6:39 pm now after hours and hours of crying and looking at old pictures of you and louis you remember the sticky note he gave you but you tell yourself to play it after the funeral instead so you fall asleep hugging the teddy bear he gave you for valentines day.

3 days go by

it's louis' funeral and you're about to give a speech "hi everybody my name is y/n l/n i was louis' girlfriend and i just wanted to tell everyone that louis is one of the kindest,most selfless and the funniest person i've ever met he promised me a lot of things but sadly he didn't get to fulfill his promises but you know what lou if you're hearing me right now i'm okay with that,just let me know you're happy up there that's all that matters, thank you" you say as you look up and wave to the sky and pass the mic to someone else.

after the funeral, you listen to his voice recording "to y/n love louis" the title says so you press play "hi y/n its louis here i heard you crying awhile ago and i hope you don't cry over me anymore. i'm probably gone by now because i've actually been feeling really bad the past few days but i didn't want you to worry too much about me because i love you and i'm sorry i didn't keep my promise to you but i hope one day you forget about me and you marry a guy who could treat you like the queen you are and you have kids and you slow dance to that song in front of your kids in your future house. if only i could do that for you i definitely would. i love you y/n always and forever." you tear up and go up to your bedroom window and wave at the stars "i love you too lou always and forever."
