".. okayyyy mom your dragging it, you acting like he ain bout to be over there most of the time" I argued back with my mother. She's upset because I'm moving out in 4 days and my apartment is only one bedroom. It's a very nice apartment I have a breezeway and a patio my apartment is upstairs.

"Yeah I know but still what if I'm not ready for you to leave." She said with a pout on her face. "I'll visit everyday im not that far away and we can ft everyday." I said trying to make her feel some what better. "Okay love I guess it is time you grow up and face the world." She said grabbing my face. I grabbed her hand "I love you mama but I have to finish packing." She just smiled and nodded walking out my room. "Hey Alexa, shuffle music by rod wave" I got up and continued boxing my items up I was so ready to move into my apartment.

September 17,2019 Present day ~
I unloaded the few groceries I just bought from the corner store down the street. I noticed the neighborhood I'm living in is the "hood" or whatever they call it. I just prayed I didn't bump into trouble while living here. I looked at the time time and noticed it was after 7 so I began putting the groceries up. Once I was finish I sat back and admired my little apartment I was staying in I couldn't believe I actually got my own place and I'm finally on my own. I walked down the hall to my bedroom and grabbed some pajamas shorts and and tank top making my way to the shower. After about 30 minutes I finally got out and got myself dress. Once I finished applying lotion I laid in my king size bed and turned my tv on watching good girls on Netflix until I fell asleep I have a big day ahead of me.

The next morning~
I woke up to my alarm going off, rolling over I turned it off seeing it was 9 am and I had 3 missed calls from my dad. I did I small sigh and got up cutting my tv off making my way to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and washed my face before going back to sit on my bed, grabbing my phone I called my dad back to see what he wanted..

I hung up without letting him say anything else. Don't get me wrong I love kai'ceon but sometimes I enjoyed being alone. I walked in my closet and grabbed a blue fitted dress with my white heels and white handbag and made my way to the living room grabbing my keys off the key ring, locking my door I made my way to my 2017 Altima Kia. It was soooooo many boys outside from kids to adults but I kept walking trying not to make contact with nobody especially only being here for a week. I started my car up and hooked my Bluetooth up and made my way to my parents house.

As I was walking up to the door Kai came running out, "Laniiii" he yelled hugging my legs "Hi Jai, you ready to go"? I asked hugging him back. "Yeah let my grab my bags" he said taking off into the house. My parents came out with their bags, "Well lock the house up we gotta stop at the trap before we hit this plane up. Lotta' shit we gotta go handle before we be gone for these two weeks and I need you to hold it down for us and Sean gonna be there with you so don't worry." my dad said putting they stuff in the trunk. "Yeah Ight I here you." I said back walking in the house. "KAIIIII, come on we gotta go." I yelled standing at the door. He came running down the staircase. "I'm ready I'm right behind you." He said walking behind me out the front door as I closed and locked it, making our way to the car he hopped in the back and we drove off. Our first stop was my job interview. I looked at the time and noticed it was already 12pm I looked back at Kai, "I have a very important interview I can't be late for can you sit here in the car while I run in there?" I asked he just nodded his head and continued to do whatever it was he was doing on his phone. Within 15 minutes I pulled up to the hospital. I parked the car and cracked all the windows. I hopped out and made my way into the office area. "Hi may I help you ma'am" a young brownskin lady asked me. "Yes I'm looking for Dr.Radfords office." She smiled and pointed at the doors behind her. "Thank you" I said walking off not waiting for a response. I knocked on the door expecting to be greeted by a lady but instead stood in front of me was a tall 6'4 brownskin fella with waves and pretty brown eyes. "You must be Ms.Cash come on in" he said greeting me with a warm smile and a firm handshake. "Thank you" I said walking pass him.
