After classes you head straight back to your dorm and change clothes. You are allowed to swap out of your uniform and such since the hours are over. Time to step it up a notch or so. And by that, black pants instead of the khaki. Then a (blue or red) collared shirt. Looking nice and clean before this date or so. As you are making sure you are cleaned up Theo walks in the door.

"Cory you sure about this?" He asked.

"I'm liking where this is going. I'm rolling with it. Rather me than you. I can't be harmed by them in normal circumstances."

"The pond? Really?"

"Better than chlorine, right?"

"Yeah. Let's not."

"Easy Theo. I got it. I'm going with it and we will see where this goes. Then from there, we will see if you trust being around. I know at least one girl is eyeing you." You grab a bottle a spray a small amount of cologne. 

"Eyeing me?" Pondered Theo. "For food?"

"You drop panties Theobald. You look like a clean cut viking that controls water."

"Aquaman?" There are certain ways to look at that.

"Different dimension perhaps." You shrugged. "Give or take right?"

"Got it." A thumbs up and a shake of his head. "Just be careful." He sighed.

"They can't eat me, poison me, or anything. I mean Theo c'mon. What am I gonna do? What are they gonna do? Sheesh."

Theo went back to the door. "Just don't want anything bad to happen."

"I think I got this." You smirked in the mirror.

"Alright. And you really think there are girlfriends involved in this?"

"You never know. Didn't think a woman chomping on me would ask me for a picnic. But I'm here. Seeing them now. And plus, a little extra time to ourselves since there is no club work that's keep us stringed along with homework and essays. Think about that for a minute."

"True. Got to complete Nahemai's history homework. Then Nekoname."

"Not terrible." You walk over to the door and lock it behind you. "I'll see ya Theo. First thing." 

Just as promised, you walk down to the pool. Go to the lounge and wait for Tamao to show up. She might go at it alone or bring company. It could even be Kei the girl that was all over Theo until she showed her true form. It is just a matter of when. Sitting in the lounge sipping on a bottle of water and waiting for her entrance. Tamao is just all full of surprises. From trying to feed, to coffee sitdown about terms, to now a picnic. Who knows what else is coming. 

She came out in a light blue sun dress and her hair in a bun. Kei walked her into the room and took off slowly without saying a word. Tamao looked beautiful. Not shocking of course. "Hi Sugar."

"Hi- You look great."

"It's rather sunny today. Just a simple day with a handsome boy. Too much?"

You can't take your eyes off of her. The hair, the dress, and those eyes. "No way. You're beautiful."

She smiled. "Thank you. Shall we?"

"Allow me to carry the basket."

"Such a gentleman. Thank you Hun." You grab the basket and hold onto her hand as you leave the pool lounge. Guess this is a date. And there is food. This is all seeming to look promising through and through. Even though you have to keep your guard up. "So Cory, ready for second lunch?"

"Second lunch?"

"Well 9:30 or 10 o'clock me and the girls think lunch. (Like a lot of Italian guys I know)So this is a second lunch. And since we don't require much sleep, we are up early. I usually have eggs in the morning, me and the girls might pack bentos, sandwich for second lunch, and dinner it depends on the night. You know what I mean?"

"I'm on a regular schedule. But yours sounds nice."

"Depends. Cuddling pillows and reading manga at 5 AM is not for everyone."

"I can't imagine." Before long the two of you sit on the park bench that is in front of the pond. It's peaceful here. Some of the trees still have life on the branches too. It's gorgeous here. "Though is it different being on land for all of that time?"

"I can take a dip at any time I please. It is just the matter of when. As Club President and lifeguard at the pool it does get lonely during the day time. I spend most of my time reading and going on walks. Sometimes I try to sleep in as long as I can but it can tend to be no good."

"Game system in your staff apartment?"

"Might have to find me a good dating simulator maybe. Hm-hm. Good idea Cory." She handed you a sandwich. "It's a standard PB&J but the jelly I make myself."

"For real?" You take a bite out of it. "Wow. This really is good. How do you make it?"

"Off campus just a little away from here North is home to a number of berry bushes. So one thing that does keep me busy is cooking. Recipes and foods of all sorts. If you don't sleep you need to keep yourself occupied right?"

"Yeah. Seriously, good stuff. Though how do you do everything? You are an interesting person. I didn't expect all of this."

Tamao shook her head and took a bite out of her sandwich. "Well, fish on the bottom of the food chain. Protection is key."

"Depending size. You're not a crab or mino. You're a mermaid. You allure people. But even though you're beautiful, I originally wanted to do it for the water. Just seemed all in order if you know what I mean." You look over and see those eyes. They are very capturing for an average man. Maybe it's a mermaid trick? Similar to a succubus? I can't help myself. A woman who wanted to devour me is on a date with me. Am I crazy?

"Cravings too. But who knows what those boys were beforehand. They could have been a dragon, an ogre, an orc, a kraken like one of the teachers. In the water they are prey because they might target us. After all we know boys that age want. Tamao put a hand on your shoulder. "Correct me if I'm wrong."

"Give birth and not eggs right?"

"Correct. But they don't want to force eggs. They just want to pull hair, get off, and walk away."

"And what do you ladies want? Food or protection?"

"Good men, protection, and good food."

"Not a combination of one right?"

She kissed you on the cheek. "No Sugar. You fit all three just nicely."

"So, are we talking terms again? For myself and Theo? Between you and I?"

"I think I have an offer in mind. Just here me out before we get crazy. I don't want you too excited."
