Hello!! First off I am going to explain what made me decide to write this story as it is very different from what I normally write on here. (If you really don't care just read the bolded messages on this page.)
I have always loved the concepts of soul mates and royal "selections". To the point where if this was an option IRL I would go for it. I enjoy reading stories with parallel universes (Maze Runner, Hunger Games, Divergent, The Selection, Mortal Instruments, etc). I have read multiple books of the first concept, soul mates, with reading/writing werewolf themed stories. However, I have noticed on Wattpad, the second is not very common. I recently read "The Season" and "The Debutante" by MissKatey and loved it. So this led me to decide to write a story of similar origins.
PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT trying to steal her idea in any way shape or form nor am I trying to plagiarize the Selection Series by Kiara Cass.
I am writing a new story with inspiration from these stories, however I will give credit where it is due to these two amazing authors. I will be using the same concept of a pool of women from society going to the castle to be selected by the prince. Other than that, my story will be different and if you notice strong similarites to either of these two novels please let me know so I can rewrite them!! I do not want to be stealing stories!!
This book is a fun story for me. I do not know exactly where it is going to go yet but I know this is what I want to write. Updates will likely not be very regular.
If you have never read one of my books before, I write in first person as though the person is retelling the story. I will refer to the readers once in a while.
