"Why don't you start by telling us what happened?"

Maisy twirled her thumbs together as she looked down. She watched her tears drop into the tear made puddle on the table.

"Maisy we can't get you out of here if you don't speak to us."

The detectives been questioning Maisy since 2am. It's going on 4pm and she's still not budging a word about anything. Maisy's dark red hair covered her face just enough to keep the light out her eyes. She just sat there, the only sound she made was that of her nose sniffles.

"Ms.Gilligan please for the love of Christ tell us something! WE'VE BEEN AT THIS FOR OVER 12 HOURS!"
The detective realized his anger and quickly calmed down. He sat next to Maisy and grabbed her hand.
"Maisy dear you are our only witness. We need you to speak. Before we have to place you as a suspect."

Maisy sat still, no movement, not a sound. Not a sign of any attempt of saying anything. The detective grew agitated. He gets up from the table with aggression and attitude. She can hear the anger in his footsteps. He head towards the door.

"Your cops did it. They killed Weston."
