When I woke up the next morning I saw that Yan was gone and there was a note in his chair. I picked it up and read that he was in audience with the king and prepairing my own meeting time with the king. If there were any problems I would get a text from Yan on the new cellphone he gave me on the nightstand. Sure enough, there was a black fliphone sitting on the nightstand along with my medication. ( Which I took BTW ) I took out the phone out and decided to look at the contacts list. There was literally numbers for every last alter I had met or come across on my journey. And already my oldest friend had sent me a million Warfstache emojjis and Host had sent me links to a bunch of free books.
The note also instructed I stay in bed. To rest up like the doctor said.

What was I going to do, just sitting here in bed? With only the alters to text and joke around with? I will admit it here. I'm not the kind of person who sits still and waits. The person who just hangs around alone. Maybe that was because most of my childhood was spent laying in bed with one illness or another. I think its called " Cabin fever " Well. Add that to the already long list of illnesses I've had. This was probably a Guinness World Record by now, I thought to myself.
