Prologue

*My Azur Lane Base

*Evan/My POV

"And we are back everyone." I said after docking my Nimitz Class Carrier at the docks. It has been awhile since I last saw my base after leaving it to help Askr fight Hel. After disembarking from our ships, the seven of us were greeted by my shipgirls who remained behind in my base.

"Yo. Long time no see sister." Enterprise was greeted by Hornet and Yorktown who went to reunite with her.

"I agree Hornet." Enterprise agreed with her blonde haired, twin tailed sister.

"Did you have fun with the Commander?" Yorktown asked.

"I'm not a little girl anymore Yorktown!" Enterprise protested while Yorktown and Hornet laughed

"Onii - Chan!" Unicorn rushed to Illustrious side and hugged her.

"Ara. How have you been Unicorn? And remember to go greet your big brother." Illustrious hugged Unicorn back and told Unicorn to greet me.

"I'm doing okay. Unicorn will go greet big brother now." Unicorn acknowledged and went to look for me.

"Hey Tartu! Don't you have anything to say to me, your big sister?" Vauquelin yelled at Tartu who was busy daydreaming as usual.

"Huh? Oh sorry Vauquelin." Tartu snapped out of her daydream and went back to reality.

"Howe! Over here!" A familiar voice called out for Howe and she turned to see Prince of Wales waving at her. Wales was accompanied by King George V.

"There you guys are!" Howe went to her sisters.

"York is busy looking for blood to drink so she's is not able to attend this reunion." KGV informed Howe.

"That girl." Howe shook her head and giggled.

"Hey Forbin! Nice to see you again!" Le Mars went to Forbin and greeted her.

"Nice to see you too Le Mars." Forbin greeted back.

"I still want a rematch after you beat me last time." Le Mars challenged Forbin to a duel.

"Let me rest up first, then we will spar with each other." Forbin replied.

"Well. That leaves the two of us Commander." Icarus went to me and said.

"Yep. All of the others have siblings back here in our base while the two of us are here, forever alone." I remarked, looking at all the reunions taking place.

"Big brother!" A familiar voice yelled out for her big brother and I turned to see Unicorn running towards me.

"Hello Unicorn. Have you been a good girl while I was gone?" I asked.

"Yes I have big brother!" Unicorn replied, nodded her head.

"Good." I smiled and patted Unicorn's head.

"Shikikan-Sama." A voice that I haven't heard in awhile and did not want to hear again called out to me.

"Eek." Unicorn hid behind me once she saw who it was. The voice belonged to none other than Akagi.

"What do you want Akagi." I asked while glaring at her.

"Is there anything wrong in welcoming my Shikikan-Sama back?" Akagi asked as she gave me a creepy smile.

"Umm. Commander? Who is this woman? She looks scary." Icarus was scared speechless.

"Who am I? Let me tell you. I am Akagi. Flagship of the peerless First Carrier Division." Akagi replied to Icarus' Question, giving her a creepy smile as well. Icarus was so scared that she fainted.

"Icarus! Akagi, can you please leave us? Your smile literally made her faint!" I tried to get Akagi to leave but Akagi didn't listen.

"Why? Isn't my smile wonderful? Hehehe." Akagi giggled, causing Unicorn who is hiding behind me to tremble in fear.

"No it's not. Your smile scares and petrifies people." I replied.

"Did you say my smile is wonderful! Ufufu. Thank you Shikikan-Sama!" Akagi thanked me while giggling crazily.

"....." I was unsure of what to say as I watched Akagi laugh crazily.

"Big brother. Akagi is... scary." Unicorn said to me whilst hiding behind me.

"YOU!" Akagi glared at Unicorn.

"M-Me?" Unicorn got startled and nervously asked.

"Yes you! You tried to hurt Shikikan-Sama! Time for you to disappear!" Akagi said as she prepares to kill Unicorn.

"No! Please! I'm sorry!" Unicorn couldn't handle it anymore and started crying.

"That's enough Akagi! If you don't back off, I will resort to violence!" I shouted as I pulled out my wand. My shout caused all of my shipgirls to turn and look at us.

"Ara? Who made you cry Unicorn?" Illustrious rushed to Unicorn's side and asked.

"S-she wants to kill me." Unicorn pointed at Akagi.

"This pest wants to take my Shikikan-Sama away. She must disappear!" Akagi defended herself.

"I think it's you who must disappear." Another voice spoke to Akagi. Akagi turned around and saw Valiant with her rapier pointed at her.

"Who are you?" Akagi snarled at Valiant.

"I am Valiant. Queen Elizabeth Class Battleship." Valiant replied.

"A Battleship? Trying to challenge me, an Aircraft Carrier? Hahaha." Akagi laughed before she was knocked out.

"That's enough Akagi. I'm sorry if Akagi caused a lot of trouble to you Shikikan." Another shipgirl with fox tails, fox ears went up to me and apologized.

"Amagi!" I exclaimed once I see who it was.

"Yes. I will be taking Akagi back to punish her. See you later Shikikan." Amagi said her goodbyes and carried the unconsious Akagi back to her dorm. Meanwhile, Illustrious is busy trying to calm Unicorn down.

"Are you alright attendant?" Valiant asked me.

"Yes but the same can't be said for Icarus." I replied, pointed at a fainted Icarus.

"Oh no. I'll take her to Vestal." Valiant volunteered, carrying Icarus' body.

"Alright. By the way, have you seen Richelieu? I want to ask her about the progress of the project I have been working on before I left." I asked Valiant as she prepared to leave.

"She's at the church the last time I checked." Valiant replied.

"Okay. Thanks Valiant." I thanked Valiant.

"Heh. Don't mention it Attendant." Valiant bowed a little before leaving with Icarus' body.

"That's why I choose Valiant over Queen Elizabeth. Anyways let's go and see Richelieu." I said in my thoughts.
