*My Azur Lane Base
*Third Person POV
Gascogne and Akagi were busy exchanging punches and kicks with each other as both of them do not have their riggings. An advantage that Gascogne has over Akagi is that she has her rod that could potentially seriously injure Akagi.
On the other hand, Akagi has the element of fire, which she could use to burn Gascogne to ash.
Gascogne and Akagi were busy duking it out, Akagi narrowly dodging Gascogne's rod resulting in Gascogne making small craters on the ground.
"Grr. Stop attacking me with that and fight honorably." Akagi growled as she tried to scratch Gascogne but Gascogne blocked the scratch with her rod. Akagi lost a small part of her fingernails from scratching Gascogne's rod, making her even more angry.
Akagi then tried to throw fireballs at Gascogne but she either missed or Gascogne blocked them with her rod. Both shipgirls are evenly matched at the moment.
"Why won't you die?" Akagi demanded.
"Engaging at maximum output." Gascogne threw her rod at Akagi which almost hit her.
"Grr. Answer me." Akagi growled as Gascogne retrieved her rod.
"Target is identified to be a threat to master. Proposal, don't answer or terminate her." Gascogne replied.
"Oh. So you talk like a robot huh? Akagi wonders what happens when a robot gets incinerated." Akagi then formed a fireball in her hand.
"...." Gascogne seems to be observing Akagi.
"Here's Akagi!" Akagi then fired a flamethrower at Gascogne, causing her to attempt to block it with her rod.
"Temperature rising rapidly. Combat execution systems failing. Requesting support." Gascogne started to show signs of weakness.
"Target is identified to be too strong. Proposal, retreat and never bother master again. Ahaha." Akagi laughed as she tried to mimic Gascogne's robotic language while she's still firing the flamethrower at Gascogne. Upon hearing that, Gascogne's eyes flashed red and she starts to resist the flamethrower.
"Master's safety will be compromised if Gascogne is terminated. Proposal, enter termination mode until target is exterminated." Gascogne spoke as a newfound energy entered her body and she managed to neutralise the flamethrower.
"What? How did you?" Akagi was dumbstrucked as Gascogne jumped up into the air and knocked Akagi away with her rod.
"What is this power?" Akagi asked as she struggled to get up.
"Armaments activated. Engaging at maximum output." Gascogne fired a beam of light at Akagi but Akagi managed to dodge the beam, resulting in a huge explosion.
*Evan/My POV
"What was that?" I asked myself after a huge explosion interrupted my lunch. I stood up and went to investigate.
I went to the source of the explosion and saw Akagi fighting Gascogne. Upon seeing me, Gascogne calmed down and went back to normal.
"What is going on here?" I asked. Unsurprisingly, Akagi is the first one to talk.
"Ah Shikikan-Sama, I'm so glad that you finally came. This crazy shipgirl of yours just tried to kill me." Akagi tried to convince me.
"...." Gascogne just looked at me.
"Afraid that Shikikan-Sama is going to punish you?" Akagi smirked at Gascogne. I looked at Akagi, then at Gascogne, then at Akagi again. I think I know what happened here.
I pulled out my wand and stunned Akagi.
"I know you too well Akagi." I said as I put my wand away. I then turned to Gascogne.
"You alright?" I asked.
"Modules damaged. Gascogne is still able to continue." Gascogne replied.
"We better check you up anyway." I said as I started to bring Gascogne to the medical bay.
