Chapter 12 - Meet

Hongjoong P.O.V

For a month I sat at home, I couldn't go out always. I can't even go to school. I can't even do anything. Feel so bored. Mr. Kang is not married yet. Just to let you know. We know like a best friend. I called him Seunghyun and he calls me Hongjoong for sure. Our age is that far.

I was watching TV when the so-called 'teacher' came beside me. For your information, it's Sunday.

"Don't you wanna go and have fun with your friend today?" he asked me and I shook my head. "Even Seonghwa," he said making me pause for a minute. He knows that we are best friends. I also told him that I had a crush on him. I look at him and he makes a questioning face. "Maybe I'll ask him," I said and he smiled. 

So I take my pace and ask Seonghwa to come to the playground that we always play at. Cause our house is not far away from each other. Just like 5 minutes walk. He said yes and I got ready to go there.

"I'll be going," I said to Seunghyun. "Don't get back late," he said while ruffling my hair.

In the evening, I arrived there and I saw Seonghwa's back that was sitting on the swing. I know him just by looking at his body. I decide to scare him. 

I walk quietly behind him and "BOO!" I scare him and he shouts and lands on the grass by his bottom. "You scared me!" he said and pouted. I laugh a little and help him to stand. "Sorry I just really miss you," I said and he hugged me. "Me too," he said not letting go of the hug. I pat his back and he raises his face while smiling at me. He breaks the hug and sits on the swing that he sat on just now. I sit on the other swing beside him.

"How was school?" I ask him. "It's boring without you," he said looking down at his feet. "I'm sorry. I-" he cut me off. "It's not your fault. It's your parents. I still care about you. That's why I'm here." he said and I smiled at him. "Thank you." I said and he mouth 'Welcome'. "Let's eat. My treat. You always pay for me but know I want to pay for you." he said while standing and I instantly got up. 

We arrive at a restaurant. I got in with him and I saw our other friend was there.

"He's here," Wooyoung shout not caring about anyone else in the restaurant. "Joongie, We miss you!" San said while hugging me and all of them stood and made a group hug with me. They like to hug so much. I don't physically like it but I mentally like it. 

We settle down and eat the food that Seonghwa buys for us. We share our moments and I never thought that I miss them. I suddenly thought of my sister. Is she okay? How about my parents? but why do I care about them? Anyway, I'm going to let the thought fly away and enjoy my time with them.
