The Suspicious Lunch

A few weeks later, me and Danny slow the kissing down. We want to find more stuff to do together then just kiss. We want to be closer but not be closer as in leaning in to kiss each other every five seconds. So we went to the store and looked around with each other. I sat in the cart as he pushed me down the isles. We were laughing so hard a store worker came up to us and told us to quite down or else we would have to leave... So once the store worker walked away, I slowly looked back at Danny. We both stared bursting out laughing as quietly as we could.
It was actually a few days until my birthday. I didn't even notice that till I was looking at my phone and it popped up in my calendar . Today was July 7th. My birthday is on August 7th. So as danny was just walking around looking. I told him it was exactly a month before my birthday! He then says " really? Wow! How long have we been together? 3,4 months?" He starts guessing. I then tell him we have been dating now for 6 months. He then looks at me amazed. Shortly after he says " time goes by fast when your having fun." I then look back at him and laugh.

Once we leave the store we go out to eat. This time we go to Taco Bell. "It's my second favorite fast food place." Danny looks at me and tells me it's his third! I then look at him and ask what his second one is. He looks at me and tells me " my second favorite fast food place would have to be Wendy's?" I laugh and tell him that's my third. A few moments later we pull into the Taco Bell parking lot. We then step out of the car and go in. We walk up to the front and there's not much of a line. A Taco Bell employee then calls us up to the front saying we can order when we are ready. So I look up at the menu and so does Danny. We then walk forward and he then says his order. "Hi, umm can I get a hard shell taco, a soft shell taco, some mild sauce, and a medium drink of Dr Pepper." I then step up next to him and give my order. " Hi, me and him are ordering together. But uhhm I will get two soft tacos, with cinnamon twists, and a skittles slushy?" She then takes the order and tells us the food will be ready soon. After that she immediately gives Danny his cup and he goes and gets his fountain drink. We then go sit down.

About 5 minutes later the lady up front calls Danny to the front to get our good. He walks up and brings the food back to the table. Once we start eating Danny gets up to get an extra sauce at the front counter since he already used his other ones. As he walks up to the front counter the lady that was working there slipped him a piece of papers with some numbers on it. It seems suspicious, but I don't think much of it. I can see her up there smiling and laughing, while talking to Danny. I then here Danny say thank you, as he walks back to the table so I look away immediately. I then ask him what that paper was. He says " what paper? Oh, yeh the paper the lady at the front gave me? Umm. It was just a Taco Bell business card." I say "oh, ok." But as I think more of it, I realize Taco Bell doesn't give business cards out.

I didn't say anything back to him after that. But I knew something was going on here. It was very suspicious.
