Bionic Heartbreak || Chase Davenport

"Hey, guys! Check it out." Chase says as he, Harley, and Bree enter the lab with their Tech Town uniforms on. "We just got our first paychecks from Tech Town."

"Nice!" Leo walks over to them. "What are you going to spend it on? A video game? New kicks? A birthday gift for a sibling who wants a video game and new kicks?" He nudges Chase.

Chase grins. "Nope. I'm going to open a savings account."

They all give him a look while Adam puts his head down in shame. Bree shakes her head. "I want to like you, but you make it so hard."

"The job also comes with perks," Chase says, pulling out the new EPhone 7.

"The new EPhone 7?!" Leo exclaims. "Those aren't even out yet! How did you get one?"

Chase smiles. "Well, Leo, as a rising star of the Tech Town empire --"

"Hm, we all got one." Harley interrupts with a smirk as she and Bree held out their new phones. Chase gives her a look before Bree walks out.

"People are already lined up for the nig release Friday. You should've seen the crazed looks in their eyes when I walked by with this thing." Harley laughs as she sees the exact face on her best friend's. "Yeah, that's the one."

"This version's got the new auto-centering feature to help you take better selfies," Leo says. As Leo grabs Chase's phone, he holds it up to his face and takes the picture. When the three looks at it, he had one eye closed and was biting his lip in an unattractive way. "Yeah, I don't photograph well."

"Point that bad boy over here," Adam says on the other side of Harley. He was holding an orange bowling ball. "You're gonna want to record this perfection."

As Leo records, Chase and Harley were standing on both sides of Adam. 

"I'm Adam Davenport, and this is 'Bionic Bowling'." He says to the camera. 

"Adam is six-foot-two, a rare combination of incredible strength and not much else," Leo says behind the camera as he records. Adam gives Leo a look before preparing himself to bowl. He takes a deep breath before tossing the bowling ball overhanded and getting a strike. Everybody cheers, but Chase scoffs.

"What?" Harley questions the boy.

"I bet I can do better than that." He tells her.

"Show us what you got, Mr. Davenport," Harley smirks as she moves out of his way. 

Chase grabs a bowling ball and looks into the camera. "I'm Chase Davenport, and this is 'Molecular Kinesis Bowling'."

"A native of Mission Creek, Chase's hobbies include being a tattle and trying to win back Harley Johnson," Leo says as he faces the camera towards Harley who waves and brings the camera back to Chase.

Chase gives him a look before setting the ball on the ground and holding up his hands. He takes a deep breath before using his molecular kinesis to roll the ball. He ends up knocking over eight out of ten pins, getting a split.

"Oh! The dreaded seven/ten split! Devastating! Just devastating!" Leo says.

Adam gets in his brother's face and pretends to cry as Chase gives him a smug smirk. He uses his molecular kinesis again to make the bowling ball move side-to-side, knocking down the last two pins. He looks over at the camera. "You were saying?"

"Oh, it's on!" Adam exclaims. He moves forward as he grabs the bowling ball and looks at the camera. "I'm still Adam Davenport, and this is 'Blastwave Bowling'." He takes a deep breath before dropping the ball on the ground. He walks over to Chase, using his blast wave ability on him. Chase flies into the air and crashes into the pins, earning Adam another strike.
