Meanwhile at the Jefferson County Middle School, Milo, Zack, and Melissa walk over to the crosswalk. They both jolt to a stop when someone jumps in front of them, "STOP...Milo," Elliot threatened. "oh, hey Elliot?" Milo said cheerfully, "I know what you're up to Milo and I'm not gonna let it happen, by you I mean the mayhem that confines you." "No need to worry Ellio, Milo ALWAYS comes prepared," Melissa replies, "first of all, don't call me that, and second, Milo is a safety matter. Everywhere he goes is a big pile of destruction," Elliot argued. "I can't believe I'm saying this, but we have a test and we have to go to school," Zack said. "Alright, move along, but I'm watching you Milo like a horse watches fabric," Elliot pointed, "that doesn't even make any sense!" Zack replied.

The gang sat in their seats to wait for Miss Murawski to arrive with their assignments. "Good Morning class, unfortunately, we will not be having a test today..." the whole class cheered and high five each other as Murawski tries to get the attention back on her again. "Class! As I was saying, I lost the papers for your tests due to...reasons," Murawski says looking at her desk. "So today we will be doing an assignment outside," Murawski perked. The children groaned as they got up from their seats, "I can't believe we have to go outside, that's where Milo's shenanigans get out of hand," Bradley complained. "Bradley, why do you complain so much?" Zack asked, "I don't complain...I make opinionated adjustments," Bradley argued.

The children sit on the grass below a tree, Miss Murawski flipping through her binder to search for her papers. "We'll be focusing on the study of naturalism," Murawski said. "I've been with Milo so long, I think I've discovered a new kind of weather," Zack said sarcastically. "Yeah, I didn't know it could rain and snow at the same time," Milo agreed, "Especially in July," Melissa shot in. "I'm gonna assign you in groups of two and I want you each to work together to explore our surroundings," Murawski said, "can we pick our partners?" Melissa asked, "sure, why not," Murawski shrugged. Murawski gets up and walks over to the school, she reappears with her dragging her desk out onto the lawn and hugging it.

Melissa pairs up with Zack by holding hands, Amanda and Jonie pair linking arms, Chad and Mort high five each other, and Lydia and Kris hug. Bradley looks around trying to find a free buddy, but everyone seems to be taken, except one...Milo. "Oh no..." Bradley groans, "Hey Bradley, looks like we're buddies," Milo said. Bradley facepalmed and walked with Milo to small forest near the school, "what does the first question say?" Milo asked, "What bush carries red berries with bluish-green leaves?" Bradley said deliberately. "hmm," Milo thought aloud, "It should be right over here with the squirrels and birds since they enjoy berries," Bradley followed behind. "yep, this is the bush," Milo cheered, "wow, you actually understand nature besides your own nature," Bradley shot, "I'm surprised Melissa isn't over here, she knows pretty much everything," Milo pondered. Bradley heard shuffling come from behind Milo as his back was turned towards the woods, Bradley looks up and his jaw drops and he backs up slowly, "Bradley? Why are you way over there?" Milo asked, Bradley, points up with a shaky hand, "L-L-Look," Bradley stuttered. Milo turns around and comes face-to-face with a bear, the bear roars in his face causing Milo's hair to be a mess. "That'd explain the distance, now I'd suggest we run," Milo said. Bradley ran away from the woods and away from the school, Milo running right behind Bradley shuffling through his bag to find something useful. Milo pulls out a camera, the camera hits the bear on the head creating a flash that blinds the bear. The bear rubs its eyes and it reaches its arms out to use as eyes, Bradley still running and screaming, Milo being calm and collective as he keeps running. Bradley came to a stop as well as Milo, Bradley panting to catch his breath, "Did...did we lose it?" Bradley asked, "We may have, but we got another problem," Milo pointed to an oncoming car rolling down the hill from the bear slightly pushing it. "Not again," Bradley worried, Bradley and Milo go on the run again as the car seems to be fixed onto them as they swerve onto the street and road again. Milo quests through his bag of Murphy as the car speeds up to them, "Here we go," Milo says pulling out a phone book, Milo throws the book behind him and the car hits the book interrupting the impending car of doom. "Why do you carry a phone book in your bag?" Bradley asks, "I carry many things: a torch, water guns, perfume, a plunger," Milo said, "Why would you need a plunger?" Bradley asked, "it comes in handy more than you think," Milo said with an eyebrow raised. Bradley and Milo loom to their right to see a herd of chickens running towards them as cows follow right behind, as well as bison right behind the cows. "How does this make any sense?" Bradley questioned, Bradley and Milo, run once again down the streets hoping to find a way to lose the stray animals. "I think my life may be over at this point, my life will be in the hands of farmers and Milo," Bradley panicked, Milo looked at Bradley in you're-crazy kind of look, Milo reached into his bag and pulled out a stuffed bear and threw it behind him. The cows, chickens, and Bison took interest in the bear and started at it as well as playing with it, Milo and Bradley come to another stop to examine the havoc that's been caused. "I can't believe that actually worked," Bradley said sarcastically, "well like my dad always says: Life is short and the world is wide, but the sooner you start packing for disaster, you'll live longer," Milo said cheerfully. Bradley gave Milo an odd look and continued to watch for more disasters coming their way. "I think Murphy's law maybe finiaaaaahhh," Milo shouted as Milo was lifted in the air by a large robot eagle. Milo pulls a foldable glider out of his back and jumps out of the talons, as Milo glides down, the eagle explodes from behind him as Milo carries a cheerful smile on his face. Perry the Platypus parachutes his way beside Milo and gave him a salute as the agent P intro began and ended, "oh, there you are perry," Milo said cheerfully. Milo glided onto the ground blissfully, "dramatic but effective," Bradley said sarcastically.

"We are completely lost, we'll never find our way back now," Bradley whined, out from behind, Milo and Bradley hear a loud clanging noise from behind them. Trash cans come rolling towards them, "here we go again," Bradley complained, Milo and Bradley jump and full along with the trash cans balancing themselves as much as they can, "this day can't get any worse than it already is?" Bradley said the upcoming bridge answers Bradley's question. "This looks promising," Milo says, the two jump onto the flat bridge and back onto the trash cans. "At least that's done," Milo said, "Giraffes!" Bradley shouted, Milo, pulled out a tree branch and lifted it up to the giraffe's face. Though running, the giraffe gladly took a bite of the tree branch, Milo swung off the trash can and grabbing Bradley's arm saving him from the trash cans hitting a brick wall. Milo landed on the giraffe's back as well as Bradley. Both of them rode until the giraffes came to a complete stop, the hoard of giraffes created loads of car beeps and people yelling at the giraffes. As the giraffes caused havoc throughout the streets, Bradley and Milo finally arrive at the Middle School, Bradley landed his knees on the ground, "sweet, sweet school," Bradley said smiling at the school grounds. "Did Bradley enjoy his adventures with Milo?" Melissa asked with arms crossed, Bradley got off his knees and wiped down his outfit, "It just so happens I did not, although it was fun to ride a giraffe that wasn't going towards the institution for pistachio lovers," Bradley said, "that place is a popular place, at least that's where Dakota and Cavendish go," Milo said. "I guess I'll be getting an F on my assignment, thanks to Murphy's Law," Bradley scoffed, "actually..." Milo started, Bradley I turned to Milo with a raised eyebrow. "I finished all the questions," Milo said cheerfully, "H-how?" Bradley questioned, "we finished question 1 together, and the second had to do with that bear we encountered, the other questions related to farm animals, an eagle, giraffes and a Canyon Live Oak tree, I had the branch in my bag," Milo finished. "B-But, H-how?" Bradley asked confused. I guess Murphy's Law could be lucky at times," Milo said. "Boom!" Melissa shouted.
