{Chapter 5} A Grand Surprise

[Hinata's POV]

"W-what are you doing here G-Grand King...-" I stuttered, shocked. Out of all the people in the world, Oikawa Tooru had to be the one to find my secret out first. Plus, I was still not over Karasuno getting defeated by Seijoh. "Oh? Chibi chan? I didn't know you were the famous 'Shota Hina'. That's cool." Oikawa said with his signature smile on.

For some reason, my heart stared beating continuously. It was also beating intensely fast. My face felt like it was burning. What is this feeling? And why am I feeling it when I see the grand king? I blushed. "Oh? Are you ok chibi chan? Your face is all red! You look so cute, like a tomato." I blushed even harder at that sentence.

Why was I feeling this way? "I-i you know, I have a name." I said trying to change the subject. "And so do I, so let's make a deal. You call me by my name, and I call you by yours." He grinned. "F-fine...Oikawa." I struggled. "Perfect. Now then Sho-chan, shall we discuss about how you kept your secret identity from the world?" He said, chuckling. "E-eh. Fine, I guess." I replied. As we skated, we had a long, nice chat.

[Yuri's POV]

I looked back at my husband, Viktor and realised that his best friend was already here. "O-oh! Sorry about that! I'm Yuri Nikiforov. Viktor's husband! Pleasure to meet you...?" I paused. "Oh it's Takashi, and the pleasure's all mine. I see that Tooru and Should are getting along very well!" Takashi finished. "Oh yeah! I see that they both like volleyball! Must be something they have in common!"

We both started to have a conversation while Viktor stood there talking to Otabek and Yurio. I glanced at Shoyo to check up on him and saw that he was doing just fine. I giggled as I thought what was going on between him and Tooru. 'Must just be a habit of mine. Shoyo sure is growing up so quickly.' I thought to myself.

[Oikawa's POV]

I started chatting with Sho-chan about volleyball and how he didn't tell anyone his secret. I soon found out that I was the first one to find out. Something about him made my heart race faster than I've ever felt.

His hair was so fluffy and messy. His eyes looked like that of a puppy's but even cuter. His smile was brighter than the sun and he was so short, tiny and-and just cute. He truly is just like a fluffy ball of sunshine.

W-wait. Do I have a crush on him?... Well, this is weird. I've never had a crush on anyone before. People would usually just confess to me instead. I wonder if he feels the same, I really hope he does. But I can't force anything of course. Well, I'll find a way to confess one day. If I must.

[3rd Person POV]

Hinata was smiling more than ever today. Sunlight filled the ice rink as Oikawa and Hinata's two hearts became one. They both looked like a cute couple talking to eachother about the wonders of life. Yurio couldn't help but to seem suspicious of what was going on between them

Yuri naturally hated Oikawa for trying to steal his nephew away from him. He reminded Hinata of a particular someone...most likely Suga.

"Achoo!" Suga sneezed. Someone must've been talking about him.

Otabek watched as his boyfriend glared daggers at Oikawa. He knew that he was not going to get along with him already. Otabek, being the most supportive uncle, purposely dragged Yurio away from the scene and let the two have their moment.

Yurio was dead mad with Otabek for dragging him away. He was now glaring daggers at HIM. "Bring. Me. Back." He barked. Otabek still blocked the way, trying to get him to calm down. His boyfriend was truly like a cat but Otabek just dragged him to a nearby cafe next.

[Karasuno POV]

It was the end of practice and everyone decided to check up on Hinata. Especially Suga, Tanaka and Noya. They all figured that he would be at his house so they tried to make their way there. But, wait. Where was Hinata's house? They all stared at kageyama. Hoping that he knew.

"What? Don't look at me. He goes the other direction from me and there are so many houses there." Kageyama groaned. They all soon decided to text Hinata to ask him where he was.

Suga: Hey Hinata! Are you there?

Hinata: Oh yeah! Suga-san. Do you need anything?

Suga: Where are you? And do you mind if we visit you?

Hinata: Oh...uhm. I'm at the nearby ice rink.

Suga: Oh. Are you there with your family?

Hinata: Yeah I just came.

Suga: Oh alright then, have fun!

"That's weird..." Suga mumbled, "Hinata was in the ice rink hours ago. Since he left. Why did he lie?" He thought nothing of it and just figured that he didn't want them to get suspicious of him or thinks that he's doing something illegal there.

"So?" Tanaka said, "what did he say?" "Oh, he said that he was going to go sleep very soon because he is tired. We probably shouldn't bother him." Suga told a white lie. Everyone nodded and soon went back home. Suga wondered why Hinata had lied to him.
