Ingredients:
♤ 2 ½Cups Flour
♤ 2 ½ Cups Sugar
♤ 5 eggs
♤ 1 ¼ Cups Vegetable Oil
♤ 4 Cups grated Carrots
♤ 1 Cup dessicated coconut
♤ ½ tsp Cinnamon
♤ 1 tsp nutmeg
♤ 1 tsp Baking Soda
♤ 1 tsp Baking Powder
♤ ½ raisins
DIRECTIONS:
☆ Sift flour and other dry ingredients
☆ Mix butter/oil and sugar in a bowl
☆ Beat the eggs and pour into the butter sugar mixture
☆ Slowly add the dry ingredients
☆ Add the grated carrots
☆ Add flavour as desired
☆ Pour the batter into a flour and oil greased pan and bake
☆ Place in oven and bake till ready
☆ Bake at 160 degrees celcius
