Ingredients
♤ 500g Butter
♤ 300g Sugar
♤ 600g Flour
♤ 6 eggs
♤ ½ tsp Mixed Spice
♤ 1 tsp Baking Powder
♤ ⅛ tsp Cinnamon, ground
♤ ½ cup of Raisins
♤ 2 tbsp of Browning
♤ 2 tsp of Vanilla Essence
DIRECTIONS:
☆ Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
☆ Sift flour and other dry ingredients
☆ Beat eggs till light and fluffy
☆ Pour eggs one after the other into butter mixture, while adding the dry ingredients slowly too for proper incorporation.
☆ Pour in the fruits, browning and your flavour
☆ Pour into an 8 inch pan and bake in a pre-heated oven
