INGREDIENT :
♤ 400g All-purpose Flour
♤ 8 Large eggs
♤300g of Butter
♤ 300g Sugar
♤150g of unsweetened cocoa powder
♤ 2 teaspoons baking powder
♤ 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
♤2 glass cup of Milk
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1 : Pre heat the oven to about 3500F.
STEP 2 : Add butter and sugar together and start mixing until it is fluffy and light.
STEP 3 : Break all the eggs into a bowl and beat with egg whisk until it is smooth. Then add the eggs into the sugar and butter and continue mixing.
STEP 4 :Add the vanilla flavor, baking powder, flour, cocoa powder and milk and then mix it together properly.
STEP 5 :Rub the baking pan with butter to prevent the cake from sticking to the pan. Pour the mixture into the baking pan as seen below.
STEP 6 : Put it inside the preheated oven then bake your cake for about 50 minutes.
STEP 7 : Check the cake by inserting a toothpick in the middle of the cake. If the comes out clean. The cake is done.
