|Venti x Male Reader Pt 1|When a god caves

𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐛𝐞....𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭? Those thoughts flew through our protagonist's head. All this along with the reveal of Venti being Barbados (The Anemo god) was quite a shock but as they scanned the streets of Mondstadt, they couldn't help but let their mind wonder but they kept staring until Paimon had noticed the distress on our protagonist's face and so she raised her voice to question

"Paimon believes Aether isn't feeling too well. What may be the problem? Let Paimon fix it!"

"Oh...well it's just about Venti, there's something that I can't help but wonder about. When he had his gnosis stolen he talked about Celestia and how it houses the gods but he doesn't live there. Why do you think?" Aether stated to Paimon only questioning the situation more and more.

Paimon struggled to find the words of a response and eventually just said "Paimon suggests we go and ask tone-deaf bard personally, let's ask around town to find where he is!"

Aether had agreed and began to wander around the city of freedom, Mondstadt asking its beloved citizens about the whereabouts of our beloved Anemo God until they found nothing but dead weight

"Uuuhhh, Paimon believes that we haven't found anything yet..." Paimon dug around the traveler's backpack to pull out some toast and devour it. She looked around and shook the adventurer with what little strength she had and shouted "The knights of favonius will know where tone-deaf bard is!!"

The traveler nodded before racing towards the Favonius HQ and halting to walk into the headquarters. They were instantly stopped by Jean, who asked them why they were there.

"Oh, Traveler what brings you to the knights of favonius HQ?" Jean stood in here normal attire looking at the dynamic duo,who stood panting from their recent sprint. She awaited their reply

"Acting grandmaster master, I must ask do you know where Venti is? We need to ask him something about where he comes from" The traveler spoke up towards the grandmaster and looked at the library, a electro explosion soon went of and the 3 of them ran in the library to see most of the books no loved stood upon the cabinets but on the floor. When they scanned their surroundings Lisa stood over a pile of books, seeing Venti beside her with a Anemo shield surrounding him as protection

"I already told you to get out of the library if your going to ruin the place cause I'm short on patience-. My cutie, your here may you please help me remove this vermin from my library." Lisa stood with her vision beside here with a face of pure rage but when the grandmaster walked in she started to place the books back on the shelves respectively. Venti dropped the Aneno shield before darting out with a word of "I'm out-!" Before the traveler could stop the boy, he was already gone without a trace.

"I suggest you two go after him if you need to talk to him I'll stay here and help Lisa with these books. Off you go then." Jean announced to the duo before getting some of the books form the pile and starting to pack them away. The traveler and Paimon left the HQ and looked around and still found no sight of the bard but Paimon soon suggested that they used elemental sight to track now the Anemo trails that Venti left behind. The traveler activated their sight and followed the trail, this lead to the statue of Mondstadt's God. They looked around and saw the bard sat with a lyre in hand, playing a song for what seemed to be a other male, the traveler listened from a distance to the music and the song that followed.

The unknown male spoke in a gentle voice to the bard "As always your payment, a apple." He smiled a bright smile as the bard took the apple as his payment. Venti nodded before speaking to the boy "You don't have to do it but I appreciate the apples. You know I'd play you a song anytime." The bard spoke softly before taking a bite from a apple and complementing its sweet yet tart taste. The traveler called out to Venti while stepping out into line of sight of the two males. Venti jumped and dropped his apple over the edge.

"What are you doing here?!" He shouted offended by the invasion of privacy that had taken place. "We wanted to ask tone-deaf bard a question!" Paimon declared that gained a short from the unknown male aswell as a comment on the nickname causing Venti to become flustered, pulling the dynamic duo away the male. "What did you want?" The embarrassment was hinted in his voice. "Venti, when you told us about your home i wondered why you didn't live there like the other gods. Why is that?" The traveler stated and so Venti sighed. So there was a reason behind it all.

"Well I would have gone back but I met someone, someone that I love. If I leave i won't be able to see him and I this relationship could fly like a dove!" The bard stated as he stepped back towards the new male. "(Y/N) I want to stay that I love you..." he held the person's hands in anticipation. The boy smiled and hugged the small bard. "I love you too..."
