Throughout its long history, Liyue has never had a lack of rumors and myths regarding all manner of evil spirits and demons. And regardless of the truth of such rumors, someone has to do something about them.
Chongyun was born into a renowned family of exorcists and has possessed a natural ability to drive away evil spirits from a young age due to his congenital positivity. His powers of exorcism are far beyond the norm: his mere presence is sufficient to scatter evil spirits.
However, this has proven to be an inconvenience for Chongyun himself, for though he has undertaken hundreds of successful exorcisms, he has never seen a single ghost or demon.
Chongyun believes that a true exorcist should exorcize evil with charms and swordsmanship and this is where our story comes into play. The male had been roaming around the nation of Liyue dedicated to find a negative energy that had been resonating through out the entire region, not many signals for these increased malice signs but when all of them were to show Chongyun would be there within minutes. The boy walked around and saw what seemed like pure hatred and evil energy emitting from what looked like.... a young person around the same age as him, how could someone have so much h negative energy gathered within them. There wasn't even a evil sprit it was just the person itself but how..? They boy approaching the person shouted at them to get their attention and tried to rid them of the spirits, unknown that there were no spirits anywhere near them. Chongyun was knocked back and was sent into a state of shock. "How didn't it work, it always have... wait you aren't possessed if pure energy.."
The boy realised and laughed, walking to the person to smile a nice and warm smile at them. He summoned his swords and tried to dispel the energy but still It didn't work. The boy fell down to his knees gaining more of the person's attention, they bent down and kissed his forehead as a gesture of love before the energy melted away, allowing them to walk freely away and into the unknown.
(A/N: for a character i do not know much about this went surprisingly well. 380 words.)
