Dating??? Chapter-5

Sev's POV:

after the little DADA lesson with James I skipped off happily to tell Lily the awesome news about how me and James are dating now I'm pretty sure she's gonna freak out and I hope that my friends will support me too I kinda already have the vibe that they apparently "ship" me and James hah weird, once I got to the Slytherin common room I said

"Mangus Serpents" and the portrait swung open I climbed in and saw that Lily was there too great now I don't need to look for Lily anymore, I walked over to Lily and Cissy

"hey guys" I said and Lily gave me a suspicious look while raising her eyebrow

"W-What?" I asked clearly knowing that I was sweating and looking nervous

"what's up with you two?" Cissy asked

"Sev what's happened? Why are you so happy?" Lily asked

"well uhhh you see I'm - uhhh I'm d-"

"what??" Lily asked impatiently

"I'm dating-.........." as I muttered that out both the girls squealed

"DATING WHOM?!?!" they screamed

"shhhhh not so loud and I'm dating James" I said pressing a finger to my lips as a sign to shut their traps, both their eyes widened and they started screaming and then ran off in opposite directions each screaming

"Jeverus is real mah boisssss!"

"ugh" I mumbled under my breath slapping a hand to my forehead

"didn't u just tell them not to be so loud?" I said grumpily crossing my arms across my chest

James's POV:

Alright time to tell the other three the great news I they'll understand and be happy for me, atleast I hope so.......i thought to myself while skipping up to the portrait point I bumped into Peter leaving the common room.

"what's up with you Prongs? Why so happy? Asked Snivelus to be your boyfriend ~?" Peter joked laughing

"great guess Wormtail!" I said cheerfully

"wait what?! I was only joking I didn't actually think you did something like that" Peter said, confused and weirded out

"well yeah....." I said awkwardly

"okay well I think the others need to hear it too go tell them cause I'm gonna go sneak some food from the kitchen good luck!"

"a-Allright" I stuttered- wait a minute what did he mean by good luck? Was it just a thing from a sentence when a person is gonna do something and someone wishes them good luck or does Peter know something? Well if I wasn't already nervous before then this certainly made me nervous,

I was almost at the portrait hole so I just slowed down more, why tho? Oh well and with that I clambered through the portrait to find- oh lookie there surprise it's Mooney and Pads kissing

"do you two not do anything else? Like evertime I see you guys your either flirting or kissing" I complained

"ugh just what do you want James?" Sirius asked annoyed

"well I kinda...... Severus is my boyfriend now"

"oh yeah okay" Siri said then turned back around kissing Rem

"wait what- o...okay i guess" I said that and left the common room huh so weird.....they just acted like they already knew I mean Rem didn't even say anything and Siri just nodded and went back to kissing Rem oh well I thought walking down the windy corridor, suddenly I saw a couple of Ravenclaw girls huddled outside an empty classroom whispering to each other excitedly, I think I can have some fun messing with them

"hey ladies" I said flirtatiously they all squealed and sai- screamed

"HI JAMES!!"

ouch I think they temporarily broke my hearing for a week or so

"James how are you?" one of them asked batting her eyelashes and twisting a few strands of hair with one finger

"Really? is she seriously trying to be flirty?" I thought

"I'm fine how are you cuties?" I asked Leaning onto the wall with my side

"ahhh! James called me cute!" one of the girls cried

"no he called ME cute not you!" another one said

"you guys are clearly deaf obviously he called me cute!" the third girl with blonde hair exclaimed

"ugh excuse me but you guys are sooo dumb he only called ME cute!" one girl with dark brown hair yelled

"oh boy" I thought well this certainly calls for a girl fight but like didn't they hear me saying cuties? Not cutie

I was right after that they all started fighting

"ugh!" I thought and walked off leaving them be, I most certainly did NOT want to be a part of this. On the way I thought I saw medium length black hair fly back as someone took a turn and this definitely wasn't a girl's hair, so I took the same turn only to find Severus standing there with a book and a pen in his hands, he looked like he was crossing out things and then writing something in a corner, I peaked over his shoulder as he jumped forward in surprise

"merlin James you scared me!" he cried

"sorryyyy" I said annoyingly

"what do you need?" he asked looking back at his book, flipping a page, then crossing more stuff out and writing other things in the corner I took notice that it was his "Advanced Potions Book"

"what are you doing?" I asked curiously

"oh just making some corrections in my potions book" he whispered still crossing things out and writing in a corner

"wow you must be really good at potions for correcting the book" I said to him amused

"thanks James!" he muttered back, then I burried my head into his neck

"James that tickles!" he said laughing, wow he's laughing that's a rare veiw I thought but it's good to see him happy

"James!" he said pushing me back playfully still laughing, I laughed along with him completely forgetting about the girls near by as he threw himself into my arms, I also wrapped my arms tightly around him

"I love you" I whispered to him

"I love you too you dummy" he whispered back kissing me

I am completely exhausted from writing this, also so sorry for the long wait before releasing this chapter I kinda ran out of ideas, 😅 so see you Wxlves next chapter byeee!
