Maka's POV
We found her. The girl were assigned to bring back to the academy. Lord Death gave us an important mission to find this one girl and bring her back. Lord Death seemed very serious about so we took it very seriously.
"Well, we found her. Now what?" Kid asked.
"Call Black Star. We're done here," Soul said, changing back to a human and kneeling down beside me.
I signaled BLack Star and he tricked her. He used Speed Star to maake her run into a wall and pass out. I laughed.
"What do we do now with her?" Black Star said, his hands on his head.
"I'm not carrying her," Liz said, waving her hands.
"Me neither!" Patti said, drawing a giraffe in the dirt.
"I can't," I said, I'm not very good at carrying things.
"I'd try, but I'm not good at that kind of things," Tsubaki said, peering at the ground.
"A star as big as me shouldn't carry some girl!" I don't even have to tell you who that was.
Soul's POV
She was pretty.
She might've been covered in dirt but she was pretty. By the look on Kid's face he though the same.
"Then who will?" Maka asked.
"I will," I said, "since you all are wusses."
"Hey!" they all said.
" Whatever."
I put my hands under her head and under her knees and picked her up. Light as a feather.
"Now, how are we gonna get back?" Tsubaki asked.
"Um, walk. Duh," Patti said.
We sighed. This was gonna be a long walk.
We got back to the academy
"Lord Death! We're ba-ack!" Patti squealed.
Oh, wait. I should explain what she looks like. She wears a black beanie atop her jet black, silky hair. It was shoulder length too. She wore a big sweatshirt (black with a skull) and ripped jeans. Bare feet too. I felt bad for her. Being tortured all her life. I sighed.
"Oh goody! Didja bring her?" he said in his silly voice.
"Yes, SOul," Maka said.
"This is a very special girl. She's not just an orphan. She's something even more special. But I can't tell you right now."
We all *o* and sighed.
"Really, father?"
"Yep! Really! I'm having her stay at Gallow's Mansion. But I want you all to sleep over!"
"What?!" we all said.
He nodded and waved us off. We traveled to Kid's house. Kid's perfectly symmetrical house. We went inside.
"Where should I put her?" I asked.
"In the guest room," Kid gestured to a room down the hall. I went into the room and dropped her down. I pulled the covers over her and went to eat dinner.
