JOSH!
I quickly turn back around and walk a little faster. I really don't need him to see my life at home. Just as I was about to turn onto the pathway of my house I see dad waiting for me. I see something in his hand so I point my eyes in his direction. I see a beer bottle in his hand. Oh no not again.
"WhErE hAvE yOu BeEn?!" He screams.
I'm pretty sure the whole street could hear.
"I-I'm sorry dad it was so b-bu-busy till about 5 minutes ago" I say slowly
"don't lie to me girl! you know first hand what i'm capable of!!" he says slowly but loudly
Josh's P.O.V
Just as I was about to open my door I hear screaming from across the road. I turn around and I see Y/N arguing with her dad.

"I-I'm sorry dad it was so b-bu-busy till about 5 minutes ago" she says slowly
"don't lie to me girl, you know first hand what I'm capable of"
I feel so bad for her. I mean yeah she's like popular and sometimes rude but people don't know what has happened behind closed doors. So I decided to say something.
Y/N P.O.V
"Y/N!!! Come over here we have to catch up on some things!!" Josh says from across the path.
I look over
"Who's he?!!" He says loudly
"Ummm" I look over and gave a 'help me' look
"A FRIEND" he yells
"Dad I have to go and help him with some homework" I say
Just as I was about to leave he grabs the back of my hoodie pulling me back
"you can go but all I can say is be prepared" he whispers
I just nodded my head and went over to Josh
"Thanks" I say with a sympathetic smile
"No problem"
He opens his door and led me up to his room
Josh's P.O.V
I was curious about what her dad was talking about when he said 'you know first hand what I'm capable of' I didn't want to ask just in case it's sensitive but as if Y/N is reading my mind she decided to speak up.
Y/N P.O.V
"so I'm guessing you want to know what that was about" I say with a slight chuckle
"yeah, you don't have to do though if you don't want to"
"No it's okay I guess you kind of deserved it"
He pats down on a seat beside him
"so..." I began
A/N: sorry for not updating I had a writer block. This Chapter is by far the best I've written. I'll try and do a double update today since I haven't written in awhile so you guys kind of deserve one
