Fellow leaders of the world,

Nothing Lasts Forever. It simply doesn't. Nothing would matter if everything lasted forever. This is the fact that dictates my decisions in this letter.

The Earth will not last forever. This is something I'm sure you are all aware of. We must do something to insure the survival of our race, something drastic. Thus, we must remember that one human life is unimportant next to 11 billion.

With that in mind, I am telling the Government to go ahead with human trials. If we advance the pace of our evolution, maybe we can further our survival on our dying planet. That, or we can survive on another, less survivable planet. For our generation, at least, not for the generation we are about to create. I suggest you all do the same.

I insist that we begin project 5-1-18-20-8. I'm sure you are also well aware that the station will take decades to build, and so will a launch and reentering sight. We can start the counterfeits so as to afford the costs, but we will need funds from elsewhere so that the economy is not to be devastated.

I realize the Core project has been terminated. We need to reinstate the program. Quickly. The main problem was that we didn't have enough research on the Earth's core, but I've fixed that problem. The research you need is attached to this letter, along with a list of people I think should be recruited for the team. I have also attached a copy of Russia's and North Korea's nuclear research, provided by my spies. Both countries have been doing a lot more testing lately, which worries me deeply. They may be planning something so keep your heads up. Anyways, with this research, we may be able to find an energy source for Core. We will prevail, we just need more time.

Please consider what I have addressed above. I know we all will be meeting in three months on Bermuda Island for the annual worldly convention, but I needed to address theses urgent matters with you sooner. The world is at the stake and we can't afford to wait much longer.

See you soon,
President Welsh of The United States of America
